«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
regnum.ru-ն «Փորձագետ. Նաուսեդան համոզել է Փաշինյանին համաձայնել ԱՄՆ-ի արկածախնդրությանը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Հայաստանում իշխանության է եկել արևմտամետ ուժերի շնորհիվ, դրա հետ կապված էլ՝ Արևմուտքը որոշակի հույսեր է կապում նրա հետ։ Հենց այդ հույսերն էր հնչեցրել Լիտվայի նախագահ Գիտանաս Նաուսեդան Երևան կատարած այցի ժամանակ։ Նման կարծիք է REGNUM-ի թղթակցին հայտնել փիլիսոփա և հրապարակախոս Սերգեյ Իվաննիկովը։ «Այդ այցի նախաձեռնությունը լիտվացիներինը չէ։
Լիտվան միջազգային քաղաքականության սուբյեկտ չէ, նա տերեր ունի արտերկրում։ Ինչպես Արևել յան Եվրոպայի մյուս երկրները, Լիտվան նույնպես սպասարկում է Միացյալ Նահանգների արտաքին քաղաքական շահերը։ Այսպիսով, Նաուսեդայի՝ Հայաստան այցի նախաձեռնությունը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, գալիս է Վաշինգտոնից։ Չնայած, իհարկե, Լիտվան, հավանաբար, ուրախ է ցույց տալ իր սեփական կարևորությունը», - ասել է Իվաննիկովը:
Փորձագետի խոսքով, Լիտվայի ղեկավարը Փաշինյանին համոզել է բացասաբար խոսել Ուկրաինայում Ռուսաստանի իրականացրած հատուկ գործողության մասին, հեռանալ Մոսկվայից և դրանով իսկ մեծ հարցականի տակ դնել ՀԱՊԿ-ի միասնությունը։ «Այս գաղափարը միամիտ է, արկածախնդիր և արտացոլում է ամերիկյան հուսահատության աստիճանը Ռուսաստանին պատժամիջոցներով խեղդելու անկարողության պատճառով: Հիմա նրանք փորձում են օգտվել Կրեմլին վնասելու ցանկացած, նույնիսկ ամենապատրանքային հնարավորությունից»,- կարծիք է հայտնել փիլիսոփան։
Իվաննիկովի խոսքով, Փաշինյանին չի կարելի անվանել փորձառու քաղաքական գործիչ, նրա մի շարք քաղաքական որոշումներ կարելի է որակել որպես ավելի շուտ անհեռատես, քան մտածված, բայց այդ քաղաքական առաջնորդն ունի ինքնապահպանման բնազդ։ Նա հիանալի հասկանում է, որ Ադրբեջանի հետ ռազմական հակամարտության պայմաններում, որը լիովին չի լուծվել, Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի ամբողջականության միակ երաշխավորն է։ Բացի այդ, բուն Հայաստանում բողոքի ակցիաներ են տեղի ունենում իշխանությունների դեմ, որոնք առաջնորդվում են ռուսամետ դիրքորոշում ունեցող ուժերի կողմից, և Փաշինյանը չի ցանկանա լրացուցիչ հաղթաթուղթ տալ իր ընդդիմախոսներին։
«Այսպիսով, Լիտվայի ղեկավարը եկավ, Լիտվայի ղեկավարը գնաց, նվազագույն ծրագիրը ավարտված է, այսինքն՝ Լիտվան հայտնվել է տեղեկատվական դաշտում: Այդ այցը այլ հետևանքներ չի ունենա։ Եվ այդպես էլ պետք է լինի, քանի որ Հայաստանի կշիռն այնպիսին չէ, որ նրա հիպոթետիկ հակառուսական դեմարշը որևէ ազդեցություն ունենա միջազգային իրավիճակի վրա»,- եզրափակել է փորձագետը։
