«Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության եւ հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Թագուհի Թովմասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ դեսպան Անդրեա Վիկտորինը պատասխանում է Հայաստանում ձևավորված իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ իմ գրություններին

Խաղաղ ակցիայի միջոցով իրենց բողոքի ձայնը բարձրացրած քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ ուժայինների կողմից գործադրվող բռնությունները շարունակական բնույթ են կրում այսօրվա Հայաստանում: Ոստիկանը իրեն թույլ է տալիս ցուցարարի վրա թքել, պատգամավորներին քաշքշել: Ցավոք ունենք նաև ակնհայտ քաղաքական հետապնդումներ, ընդդիմադիրների բնակարանի խուզարկություններ, անհիմն կալանավորման դեպքեր, ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահը հորդորում է ցուցարարներին ներգրավել եռամսյա հավաքներին։ Հասել ենք այնպիսի վիճակի, որ ակցիային մասնակցելու և սոցիալական կայքերում տեսանյութեր կիսելու համար ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին ազատում են աշխատանքից:
 
Փաստերով հիմնավորելով վերոնշյալ դեպքերը՝ հերթական գրություններն էի ուղարկել իմ միջազգային գործընկերներին, Հայաստանում հավատարմագրված դեսպաններին և խնդրել համապատասխան դատապարտող արձագանք:
 
ԵՄ դեսպան Անդրեա Վիկտորինը պատասխանել է իմ գրություններին՝ նշելով, որ բարձրացված հարցերը քննարկել է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի հետ, ով տեղեկացրել է, որ որոշ գործեր արդեն քննվում են: Դեսպան Վիկտորինը շեշտում է, որ իրավապահ մարմիններն ու ոստիկանությունը պետք է ձեռնպահ մնան անհամաչափ ուժի կիրառումից: Կարևոր է, որ մարդիկ կարողանան ազատ արտահայտել իրենց կարծիքը, իսկ լրատվամիջոցներն ազատ կատարեն իրենց մասնագիտական պարտականությունները: Շատ կարևոր է նաև, որ բոլոր կողմերը դատապարտեն բռնության ցանկացած ձև, որը բխում է 2 կողմից էլ:
 
Մասնավոր դեպքերի առթիվ դեսպան Վիկտորինը գնահատականներ չի տվել՝ նշելով, որ դա իրավապահների և դատարանների խնդիրն է: Քաղաքացիների և պետական ծառայողների պարտավորությունն է պահպանել ՀՀ օրենքները և Սահմանադրությունը, որոնք պաշտպանում են մարդկանց իրավունքները, ինչպես նաև պարզաբանում նրանց պարտականությունները։ Իր գրության մեջ դեսպան Վիկտորինը արձանագրում է, որ իրեն տեղեկացրել են նաև Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի մասին, որտեղ, չնայած ընդդիմության առաջնորդների խաղաղ ակցիա իրականացնելու կոչերին, տեղեկություններ շրջանառվեցին երիտասարդ ընդդիմադիր ցուցարարների կողմից 74-84 տարեկան չորս տղամարդկանց նկատմամբ բռնության մասին։ Դեսպանը ցուցարարներին կոչ է անում զերծ մնալ վիրավորանքներից և սադրանքներից:
«ԵՄ պատվիրակությունը մշտական կապի մեջ է ՄԻՊ գրասենյակի հետ, և հավաստիացնում եմ Ձեզ, որ մենք շարունակելու ենք հետևել բոլոր իրադարձություններին», - եզրափակում է պատասխան գրությունը դեսպանը։
