100-ամյա Մանկավարժականն առաջին անգամ ունի կին ռեկտոր
SOCIETYՄարտի 19-ին տեղի ունեցավ Հայկական պետական մանկավարժական համալսարանի ռեկտորի ընտրությունը։ Այս մասին հայտնում են Մանկավարժական համալսարանից:
Փակ, գաղտնի քվեարկությամբ միաձայն՝ 19 կողմ, ոչ մի դեմ ձայների հարաբերակցությամբ ռեկտոր ընտրվեց բուհի երկարամյա պրոռեկտոր, հոգեբանական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Սրբուհի Գևորգյանը։ Մինչ քվեարկությունը ռեկտորի պաշտոնի միակ հավակնորդ Սրբուհի Գևորգյանը ներկայացրեց բուհի զարգացման գործողությունների իր ծրագիրը: Նա առանձնացրեց բուհի զարգացման առաջնահերթությունները, ներկայացրեց առաջիկա տարիների տեսլականն ու անելիքները մանկավարժական կրթության ճգնաժամի համատեքստում:
Խորհրդի անդամները ռեկտորի թեկնածուին ուղղեցին հարցեր, որոնք վերաբերում էին բուհ-դպրոց-շրջանավարտ կապին, միջգիտակարգային հետազոտություններին, դասախոսների մասնագիտական վերապատրաստումներին, ուսումնառության որակի ապահովմանը, ինչպես նաև հետազոտական ձեռքբերումները դպրոց հասցնելու հնարավորություններին, համընդհանուր ներառականության խնդիրներին և այլն:
ՀՊՄՀ-ի Խորհրդի նախագահ, ԿԳՄՍ փոխնախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը որպես պետության ներկայացուցիչ վստահեցրեց` բուհը միայնակ չի կարող լուծել ծառացած խնդիրները և այդ գործում պետությունը մեծ անելիք ունի. «Պետք է մշակվի հատուկ պետական քաղաքականություն, լրացուցիչ գործիքակազմ, ինչի հետևանքով կկարողանանք ունենալ որակյալ ուսուցիչներ: Պետք է ցուցաբերվի համակցված մոտեցում` սկսելով ուսուցչի մասնագիտությունը գրավիչ դարձնելուց»,-հավելեց Խորհրդի նախագահն ու վստահեցրեց՝ «Մանկավարժական բուհը մեր երկրի համար ունի վճռորոշ նշանակություն: Յուրաքանչյուրիս աշխատանքից շատ բան է կախված»։
Խորհրդի անդամներն իրենց ելույթներում վստահեցրին, որ Սրբուհի Գևորգյանի անցած գիտամանկավարժական ուղին, փորձառությունն ու գիտելիքները, երկարամյա նվիրումն աշխատանքին միայն օգտակար կլինեն բուհի ղեկավարման գործում: Նրանք ևս մեկ անգամ պատրաստակամություն հայտնեցին համախմբել ջանքերն ու աջակցել այս բարդ ժամանակներում բուհի ռազմավարության իրագործմանը:
Քվեարկությունից հետո Խորհրդի նախագահ Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը շնորհավորեց նորընտիր ռեկտորին և նշեց, որ միաձայն քվեարկությունն այն ամուր հիմքն է, որի վրա համատեղ կկատարեն ահռելի աշխատանք: Խորհրդի անունից Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը վստահեցրեց. «Խորհուրդը Ձեզ հետ գործելու է որպես մեկ թիմ: Ձեր հաջողությունները մեր հաջողություններն են»:
