Ներկայացնում ենք մի քանի կանոններ, որոնք կօգնեն բոլոև գործերը ժամանակին ավարտել և պահպանել տոնական տրամադրությունը։

Մի զոհաբերեք քունը։ Սա միայն մի բան է նշանակում՝ պետք է բավարար չափով քնել։ Եթե դուք իսկապես ուզում եք վերալիցքավորել ձեր օրգանիզմը և հասցնել ավարտել բոլոր կարևոր գործերը տոներից առաջ, պլանավորեք ձեր օրն այնպես, որ քնի համար հատկացված անհրաժեշտ ժամանակ մնա։ Լրացուցիչ երկու ժամը բավական է՝  ձեր իմունային համակարգը մի փոքր ուժեղացնելու համար։

Դրական տրամադրությունով եկեք աշխատանքի։ Նույնիսկ եթե պատուհանից այնկողմ մութ է և եղանակը վատն է, փորձեք ձեր մեջ ուժ գտնել՝ նոր օրը վայելելու համար։ Ձեր դրական էներգիան կվարակի կոլեգաներին և կօգնի արագ ավարտել աշխատանքը։

Կարևորեք առաջնային խնդիրները։ Կազմեք օրվա պլանը, որոշ բաներ հանձնարարեք գործընկերներին։ Միանգամից ամեն բան կարևոր չի լինում, այդ իսկ պատճառով գործերի միջև սահմանեք առաջնայինները։

Ոչ հրատապ գործերը թողեք հունվարի համար։ Դա կօգնի արագ անցնել աշխատանքային պրոցեսին տոներից հետո․ չէ որ արդեն կատարվելիք գործերի հստակ մշակված նախագիծ կունենաք։ Ճիշտ օգտագործեք ընդմիջման ժամը։ Այն կարող զբաղեցնել 1 ժամ, 30 րոպե, կամ 10 րոպե։ Ամեն դեպքում աշխատեք արդյունավետ ծախսել այդ ժամանակը։ Օրինակ՝ ընդմիջումը կարելի է համատեղել գործնական հանդիպման հետ, և դա ժամանակի լուրջ տնտեսում կլինի։

Մի ծրագրեք չափազանց շատ անձնական հանդիպումներ  և գործնական բանակցություններ։ Կարելի նույն հաջողությամբ փախարինել դրանք հեռախոսազանգերով և օնլայն զրույցներով։ Հակառակ դեպքում, դուք մի քանի ժամ կանցկացնեք խցանման մեջ՝ գրասենյակում մի քանի կարևոր գործ ավարտին հասցնելու փոխարեն։

Դարձրեք գալիք տոները ոգեշնչման աղբյուր։ Մոտեցող տոների մասին մտքերը կդրդեն կատարել բոլոր պլանավորած գործերը ժամանակին։ Ավարտից հետո դուք կկարողանաք  վայելել տոնական օրերը և գոհ կմանք մեկ տարվա կատարած աշխատանքի արդյունքից։
