Սննդամթերքի գները շուրջ 12 տոկոսով աճել են. ԿԲ նախագահ
ECONOMICSՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկն ակնկալում է, որ այս տարի, ի տարբերություն 2021-ի, սննդամթերքի գներն ավելի նվազ տեմպերով կաճեն, գլխավոր դրամատունը հաշվարկել է նաև ջրի, էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագների բարձրացման արդյունքու ակնկալվող գնաճը: Այս մասին ասաց ԿԲ նախագահ Մարտին Գալստյանն իր ասուլիսում:
«Սննդամթերքի գները շուրջ 12 տոկոսով աճել են: Եվ աճն ունի հիմնական երկու աղբյուր, մեկը արտաքին շուկաների եկող գնաճն է, որը համաշխարհային ֆենոմեն է: Օրինակ` այս պահի դրությամբ ՀՀ-ում գնաճը 7.7 տոկոս է, ԱՄՆ-ում տարին ավարտել են շուրջ 7 տոկոս գնաճով, ԱՄՆ-ում այդպիսի գնաճ չէր եղել է 1982 թվականից ի վեր: Եթե չեմ սխալվում, Ռուսաստանում գնաճը 8.4 տոկոս է և աճ է»,-ասաց Գալստյանը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ ՀՀ-ում գնաճը 9.6 տոկոսից է իջել 7.7 տոկոս:
Գնաճի երկրորդ աղբյուրը սեզոնային որոշակի ապրանքների գների բարձրացումն է, որոնց որոշակի վերադարձը բնականոն մակարդակներին մոտ մակարդակի, նպաստել է նրան, որ գնաճը տարվա վերջում 9.6 տոկոսից իջել է, ոչ թե նախատեսված 8.4 տոկոսի շրջակայք, այլ ավելի ներքև: «Ակնկալել, որ այս տարվա ընթացքում գնաճը սննդամթերքի մասով կկրկնի 2021-ի վարքագիծը, կարծում եմ՝ մեր բազային սցենարով այդպես չէ: Մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ սննդամթերքի գներն ավելի նվազ տեմպերով են աճելու»,-ասաց ԿԲ նախագահը:
ԿԲ-ն նաև հաշվարկել է ջրի և էլեկտրաէներգիայի գների փոփոխության արդյունքում ակնկալվող գնաճը: Բանկի գնահատականների համաձայն՝ այն տարեկան կտրվածքով կկազմի շուրջ 0.6 տոկոս: Գալստյանը նկատեց՝ կա նաև որոշակի երկրորդային էֆեկտների ազդեցություն՝ էլեկտրաէներգիայի հետ կապված: Իսկ, քանի որ գազի գների հնարավոր բարձրացման մասով դեռևս անորոշություններ կան, ապա ենթադրությունների սցենարային վերլուծության արդյունքում ընդհանուր գնաճը, որը վերաբերում է կարգավորվող գներին, գնահատում են, որ կլինի շուրջ 1-1.5 տոկոսի շրջանակներում՝ տարեկան կտրվածքով:
ԿԲ-ն իր աշխատանքը՝ գների զսպման առումով գնահատում է դրական: «Մեր հաշվարկները ցույց են տալիս, որ, եթե մենք գործողություններ չիրականացնեինք անցյալ տարվա ընթացքում, և այդ գործողությունները չլինեին ապագային միտված, ապա մեր գնաճը կլիներ ոչ թե սննդամթերքի համար 11 տոկոս, այլ ընդհանուր գնաճը կլիներ 15 տոկոս, ինչը ենթադրում է, որ սննդամթերքի գնաճը կլիներ 20 տոկոսից ավել:Մենք սպասում ենք, որ տարվա վերջին մենք մոտենալու ենք մեր նպատակային թիրախին»,-ասաց Գալստյանը:
ԿԲ նախագահը կարծում է՝ խոստումը, որը տվել են՝ վերադառնալու թիրախին, տեղի է ունենալու:
