«Միջանցքի» թեման բացարձակապես չի կարող քննարկման առարկա լինել. Արարատ Միրզոյան
POLITICSԹուրքիան նոր պայմաններ է առաջադրում, որոնց թվում Ադրբեջանը և Նախիջևանը կապող «միջանցքն» է, ինչը չի կարող քննարկման առարկա դառնալ։ Ինչպես հայտնում է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի ծառայությունը, արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն այդ մասին ասել է «Լը Ֆիգարո» (Le Figaro) օրաթերթին։
Միրզոյանը պատասխանել է հարցին, արդյոք Հայաստանը պատրա՞ստ է կարգավորել Թուրքիայի հետ իր հարաբերությունները և ընդունել Ադրբեջանը և Թուրքիան կապող միջանցքի առկայությունը։
Միրզոյանի խոսքով` Հայաստանը մշտապես հայտարարել է, որ պատրաստ է կարգավորել Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերություններն առանց նախապայմանների`չնայած Արցախի դեմ պատերազմի ընթացքում Թուրքիայի կողմից Ադրբեջանին ցուցաբերված հսկայական աջակցությանը՝ ինչպես քաղաքական առումով, այնպես էլ՝ սպառազինության մատակարարմամբ և հազարավոր օտարերկրյա վարձկանների տեղակայմամբ։
«Մենք դրական ազդակներ ենք ստացել Թուրքիայի կողմից երկխոսությունը վերաբացելու ուղղությամբ, բայց այն խրթին է մնում։ Անկարան նոր պայմաններ է առաջադրում։ Դրանց թվում Ադրբեջանը և Նախիջևանը կապող «միջանցքն» է։ Դա բացարձակապես չի կարող քննարկման առարկա լինել։ Պետությունները պետք է տարանցում թույլ տան՝ պահպանելով սեփական տարածքի նկատմամբ ինքնիշխանությունը։ Տարածաշրջանի հաղորդակցության բոլոր ուղիները պետք է վերաբացվեն»,–ասել է Միրզոյանը։
Նշենք, որ արտգործնախարարը հարցազրույցը տվել է նոյեմբերի 11-ին փարիզյան աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակում։Հարցազրույցը հրապարակվել է այսօր։
