Վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքն իջեցվել է 1 տոկոսային կետով

Կենտրոնական բանկի խորհուրդը 2015թ. դեկտեմբերի 22-ի նիստում որոշել է իջեցնել վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքը 1.0 տոկոսային կետով՝ սահմանելով այն 8.75%: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԿԲ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունից, 2015թ. նոյեմբերին արձանագրվել է 0.6% գնաճ՝ նախորդ տարվա նույն ամսվա 1.3%-ի դիմաց, որի պարագայում 12-ամ սյա գնաճը շարունակել է նվազել և ամսվա վերջին կազմել է 1.2%: Գնաճի նվազումը շարունակում է պայմանավորվել գյուղմթերքների գների ցածր մակարդակով և ներմուծված որոշ ապրանքների գների նվազմամբ:
Արտաքին հատվածում պահպանվել են համաշխարհային տնտեսության դանդաղ աճի և միջազգային ապրանքային շուկաներում գների շարունակական նվազման միտումները: ԿԲ խորհուրդը գնահատում է, որ այդ զարգացումները նպաստել են գնաճի նվազմանը, ինչը կպահպանվի նաև մոտակա ամիսներին` ներքին գների վրա փոխանցելով արտաքին գնանկումային ազդեցությունը:
Խորհուրդն արձանագրել է, որ հունվար-նոյեմբերին նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի նկատմամբ տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշը կազմել է 2.9%, որին հիմնականում նպաստել է գյուղատնտեսության և հանքարդյունաբերության ճյուղերում գրանցված աճը: Չնայած 2015թ. հարկաբյուջետային քաղաքականության խթանող ազդեցությանը, ներքին պահանջարկը շարունակում է պահպանվել ցածր մակարդակում: Այս պարագայում ձևավորված ցածր գնաճը նպաստել է գնաճային սպասումների նվազմանը, որը, թույլ ներքին պահանջարկի և արտաքին գնանկումային միտումների ազդեցությամբ, հետագայում ևս կպահպանի ցածր գնաճային միջավայր: ԿԲ խորհուրդը կարծում է, որ այսօր արդեն իսկ հիմնականում հաղթահարված են նախորդ տարեվերջից առաջացած գնաճային ռիսկերը, և դրամավարկային պայմանների` վերջին ամիսներին ու ներկայիս կտրուկ թուլացման արդյունքում վերադարձ է կատարվում մինչև 2014 թ-ի նոյեմբերը առկա բնականոն իրավիճակին:
ԿԲ խորհուրդը գնահատում է, որ առաջիկա ամիսներին գնաճը կպահպանվի ցածր մակարդակում, այնուհետև, ԿԲ նշված քաղաքականության արդյունքում դանդաղ կընդլայնվի՝ կանխատեսվող հորիզոնում կայունանալով նպատակային ցուցանիշի շուրջ:
Գնաճային սպասումների խարսխման, արտաքին և ներքին լրացուցիչ ռիսկերի բացակայության դեպքում ԿԲ խորհուրդը հետագայում նույնպես կշարունակի դրամավարկային պայմանների թուլացումը:
