Հոլիվուդյան դերասանուհիները, համաշխարհային ճանաչում ունեցող մոդելները և երգչուհիները պատմում են ավելորդ քաշի դեմ պայքարելու իրենց մեթոդների մասին:
Հոլիվուդյան դերասանուհի Ջենիֆեր Գարները պատմում է. «Ծննդաբերությունից հետո ես չէի շտապում նիհարել հինգ րոպեում: Այդ պրոցեսը վեց ամիս տևեց: Ես վայելում էի իմ վիճակն ու երեխայիս հետ զբոսանքի գնում՝ ինքնս ինձ չզրկելով համեղ քաղցրավենիքներից: Սակայն, մի օր ինքս ինձ նայեցի հայելու մեջ և հասկացա, որ կանգ առնելու ժամանակն է: Ես սկսեցի աղցաններ ուտել, սակայն մի փոքր կտոր շոկոլադից հրաժարվել չկարողացա, քանի որ չի կարելի քաղցած և չար մայրիկ լինել»:
Ամերիկացի երգչուհի Բեյոնսեի, ինչպես նաև աստղային գեղեցկուհի Ջենիֆեր Լոպեսի գեղեցկության գաղտնիքը ջուրն է: Շատ ջուր խմեք, սննդակարգը հարստացրեք բանջարեղենով և հավի խաշած մսով, և շուտով այս երկու գեղեցկուհիների կազմվածքից ձեռք կբերեք:
Հայտնի է, որ 50-ամյա Շերոն Սթոունը սալորի մեծ երկրպագու է: Այն հարուստ է միկրոէլեմենտներով, վիտամիններով և օրգանական թթուներով: Այն մաքրում է աղիները, օրգանիզմին օգնում է ազատվել ավելորդ հեղուկից, կարգավորում է նյութափոխանակությունը:

«Ես սկսեցի ճիշտ սնվել և չէի դադարեցնում մարզումները նույնիսկ այն ժամանակ, երբ արդյունք չէի տեսնում,- խոստովանել է դերասանուհին: -Սակայն մի գեղեցիկ օր ավելորդ քաշը սկսեց պակասել: Այս օրվա դրությամբ ես իմ մարմնից դժգոհ չեմ: Ես խորհուրդ եմ տալիս վայելել կյանքը, հետևել առողջությանը, շատ զբոսնել մաքուր օդում, կարգավորել սնունդը և զբաղվել սպորտով»:
Բարբադոսցի գեղեցկուհի Ռիհաննան, ինչպես և Քեյթ Հադսոնը, խորհուրդ են տալիս հետևել առողջ ապրելակերպին և զբաղվել սպորտով:
