«Նաիրիտի» վերագործարկման ներդրումային ծրագրով հետաքրքրվում են չինական և ռուսական ընկերությունները․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
«Նաիրիտ» գործարանի վերագործարկման և առհասարակ գործարանի խնդիրներին «Փաստը» մշտապես անդրադարձել է: Դեռևս մարտին պաշտոնական հարցում էինք ուղարկել ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի գրասենյակ՝ ուղղելով «Նաիրիտի» հետ կապված մի շարք հարցեր, քանի որ այս գերատեսչությունն է միջնորդ դարձել պետության և գործարանում հնարավոր ներդրողների միջև:
Փոխվարչապետի գրասենյակից հետաքրքրվել էինք, թե ո՞ր փուլում են բանակցություններն այժմ, բացի չինական «ՇանսիՆաիրիտ» ընկերությունից, կա՞ն հավանական այլ ներդրողներ կամ գործարանով հետաքրքրվողներ ևս:Հարց էինք ուղղել նաև այն մասին, որ լրատվամիջոցների, այդ թվում՝ նաև «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում, գործարանի նախկին աշխատակիցները ոչ մեկ անգամ ասել են, որ պարբերաբար գործարանի տարածքում ապամոնտաժվում և վաճառվում են ամենատարբեր սարքավորումներ, ինչը հետագայում հավել յալ բարդություններ է ստեղծելու ներդրողների համար:
Փոխվարչապետի գրասենյակին ուղիղ մեկ ամիս ժամանակ է պահանջվել մեր այս երեք հարցին պատասխանելու համար: Հարցման պատասխանի մեջ նշվում է, որ «Նաիրիտ» գործարանի վերագործարկման ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակներում ընթացող բանակցությունները գտնվում են նախնական փուլում:««Նաիրիտ» գործարանի վերագործարկման ներդրումային ծրագրով հետաքրքրվում են ինչպես չինական, այնպես էլ ռուսական ընկերությունները: Սակայն հավանական ներդրողների մասնավոր շրջանակն առայժմ չի կարող մանրամասնվել՝ նկատի ունենալով բանակցությունների՝ նախնական փուլում գտնվելու հանգամանքը: Հարկ է միայն տեղեկացնել, որ «Նաիրիտ» գործարանի վերագործարկման ներդրումային ծրագրի շուրջ ընթացող բանակցությունները նախորդ տարի էականորեն դանդաղել են ամբողջ աշխարհում տարածված կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի պատճառով»,-ասված է պատասխանի մեջ:
Ավինյանի գրասենյակը չի շրջանցել նաև մեր վերջին հարցը՝ գործարանի սարքավորումների ապամոնտաժման և վաճառքի հետ կապված: ««Նաիրիտ» գործարանի պարտատերերի նիստում որոշում է կայացվել գործարանի վաճառքն իրականացնել 1 լոտով, հետևաբար գործարանի սարքավորումների ապամոնտաժում և առանձին վաճառք չի կարող տեղի ունենալ»,-նշում են փոխվարչապետի գրասենյակից:
Հ.Գ. Ցանկացած գերատեսչության հարցում ուղարկելիս լրատվամիջոցը պատասխանն ակնկալում է օրենքով սահմանված հնգօրյա ժամկետում: Երբեմն պետական կառույցները, հաշվի առնելով մի շարք հանգամանքներ, օգտվում են իրենց վերապահված իրավունքից և տեղեկատվությունը տրամադրում են 30-օրյա ժամկետում, ինչպես եղավ մեր այս հարցման պարագայում: Անկեղծ ասած՝ մեզ համար խիստ տարակուսելի, ինչու ոչ, նաև անհասկանալի է, թե այս երեք հարցին նման ամփոփ, իր մեջ վերլուծություններ և թվեր չպարունակող, մեծ հաշվով, ընդհանրական պատասխան տալու համար ինչո՞ւ է փոխվարչապետի գրասենյակից 30 օր ժամանակ պահանջվել: Ի դեպ, տրված պատասխանները նոր հարցեր ծնեցին:
