Վատիկանում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է. 
 
«Ուղիղ 3 տարի է՝ ամբողջ ուժով մտել ենք «աննախադեպ»-երի հորձանուտ։
Տեսեք.
- Հայաստանում առաջին անգամ երկրի առաջնորդը 2018-ին հետևեց իր ժողովրդի ցանկությանը և հանձնեց իշխանությունը՝ առանց ավելորդ տվայտանքների (որոշում, որի համար նույն ժողովուրդն այսօր իրեն մեղադրում է)։
 
- Առաջին անգամ երկրի ղեկավար ընտրվեց մարդ, ով ակնհայտ ու աննախադեպ խելառ էր (նա երբե՛ք, կրկնում եմ երբե՛ք, աչքի չի ընկել ուրիշ ոչնչով, բացի խելառությունից։ Մարդիկ նրան ընտրեցին կռվարարության և քանդելու ունակության պատճառով. նա միշտ կռիվ է տվել բոլորի դեմ։ Ու մարդիկ այժմ տանջվում են, որ նա անընդհատ կռվում է՝ հիմա արդեն իրենց դեմ)։
 
- Առաջին անգամ ընտրված վարչապետը վայելել է պաշտամունքի հասնող համաժողովրդական սեր։ Առաջին անգամ ղեկավարի ընտանիքի բոլոր անդամները դարձան երկրի գլխավոր նյուզմեյքերները և քաղաքական, տնտեսական և սոցիալական օրակարգ թելադրողները։
- Առաջին անգամ Հայաստանն ունեցավ նաև միապետուհի։
- Առաջին անգամ Հայաստանը որոշեց, որ պետք է պարտվի և սկսեց պարտությանն ուղղված դիվանագիտական աշխատանքը (իմքայլական պացիֆիզմը որևէ այլ իմաստ չի պարունակում)։
 
- Հայաստանն աննախադեպ աշխարհաքաղաքական լարման մեջ մտավ առանց բացառության բոլոր երկրների հետ։
Արդյունքում.
- Առաջին անգամ Հայաստանը աննախադեպ պարտություն կրեց պատերազմում։
- Առաջին անգամ Հայաստանն սկսեց ուրանալ Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը։
- Հայաստանում առաջին անգամ երկրի ղեկավարի նկատմամբ ատելությունը հասավ աննախադեպ մասշտաբի ու մակարդակի։ Ժողովուրդն ատում է Նիկոլին և այն ամենը, ինչ նա անում է։ Իսկ նա ոչ մի նոր բան չի անում։
- Առաջին անգամ Հայաստանի ղեկավարին երկրի քաղաքացիները սկսեցին չթողնել այս կամ այն վայր՝ մարզ, քաղաք, գյուղ, անգամ գերեզման։
Նիկոլը Հայաստանի առաջին բռնապետն է։ Բռնապետության հիմքերը նա դնում է անթաքույց և ուղիղ եթերում։
Ավելին.
- Նիկոլն աննախադեպ ղեկավար է. նա աշխարհի եզակի վարչապետն է, որ սեփական երկրում շրջում է օտար զորքի ուղեկցությամբ (պաշտոնապես օկուպացված երկրները չհաշված)։
- Նիկոլն աննախադեպ է. Հայաստանի ոչ մի պաշտոնյայի այսքան հետևողականորեն, բացահայտ, հրապարակային չեն ստորացրել ուրիշ երկրների նախագահներն ու ղեկավարները, և նրա վրա ոտքերը չի սրբել թշնամի երկրի ղեկավարը։ Նրա պատճառով ծաղրում են հայ ժողովրդին ու Հայաստանը։
- Նիկոլն աննախադեպ է. երբեք դեռ միջազգային մամուլը ուղղակիորեն չի գրել ու հեգնել Հայաստանի ոչ մի ղեկավարի ստերը, կեղծիքներն ու լեզվի սայթաքումները։
-Նիկոլն աննախադեպ է. նա իրեն ուշունց տալու համար ուղիղ եթերում հանձնարարում է ուղղակի բռնի ուժ գործադրել մարդկանց նկատմամբ։
- Նիկոլն աննախադեպ է. առաջին անգամ հազարավոր մարդիկ նայելով երկրի ղեկավարի դեմքին նրան ուղիղ վիրավորում են։
Նիկոլն իսկապես աննախադեպ է։ Նա աննախադեպ վիժվածք է»:
