Ստանձնել են ոչ հայանպա՞ստ հանձնառություններ

ՀՀ Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը մարտի 27-ին Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում պատասխանելով լրագրողի հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք Թուրքիան շարունակում է համարվել թշնամի պետություն, ասել է. «Եթե մենք գնում ենք տարածաշրջանի ապաշրջափակման, ապա մեր մոտեցումներում որոշակի շտկումներ պետք է լինեն եւ մենք այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատում ենք»:
Իսկ օրեր առաջ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանն Ազգային ժողովի ամբիոնից հայտարարել էր. «Այսօր մենք գործ ունենք թուրք-ադրբեջանական բանակի հետ, որը գնալով միաձուլվում է»:
Բնականաբար, երկու պաշտոնատար անձանց հակադիր մոտեցումների առկայությունն առաջացնում են մի շարք տրամաբանված հարցադրումներ եւ հիմնավոր կասկածներ:
Եթե, ինչպես պաշտպանության նախարարն է բանաձեւում, մենք գործ ունենք թուրք-ադրբեջանական միաձուլված բանակի հետ, որ Արցախյան վերջին պատերազմում հազարավոր զոհեր, վիրավորներ, գերիներ եւ անհետ կորածներ պատճառելով, գրավել է Արցախի մեծագույն մասը, ավերել տնտեսությունը եւ պատմամշակութային հարստությունը, տեղահանել խաղաղ բնակչությանը, ապա ինչպե՞ս կարելի է նման կարծիք ձեւակերպել։
Եթե մենք գործ ունենք տարածաշրջանում թուրքական ծավալապաշտական ծրագրի իրականացման առանցքային գործիքակազմի, օրնիբուն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային ամբողջականությանն ու անվտանգությանը սպառնացող թուրք-ադրբեջանական միաձույլ բանակի հետ, ուրեմն, ի՞նչպես կարելի է բարբառել Թուրքիայի նկատմամբ մեր մոտեցումներում «շտկումներ մտցնելու» մասին:
Եթե Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները, սովորության համաձայն, ժողովրդի անունից, բայց ժողովրդի թիկունքում, գաղտագողի, տարածաշրջանի ճանապարհների ապաշրջափակմամբ շահագրգիռ գլխավոր շահառուների առջեւ ստանձնել են ոչ հայանպաստ հանձնառություններ եւ պարտավորություններ, ապա թող կոնկրետ ու բացահայտ ներկայացնեն հայ ժողովրդին, որպեսզի համայն հայությունը՝ Հայաստանից մինչեւ Սփյուռք, տեղեկանա, գիտակցի եւ հետագա քայլերի առնչությամբ կայացնի իր սեփական որոշումը:
Ակնհայտ է, որ ապրիլի 24-ից 28 օր առաջ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անվտանգության հայեցակարգի իրականացման գործառույթի գլխավոր պաշտոնյայի նման հայտարարությունը, Հայոց Ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման գործընթացի տապալման հետամուտ եւ պահանջատիրական պայքարին հակադրվող ուժերի ջրաղացին ջուր հասցնելու խնդիրն է լուծում:
Իմանալով տվյալ պաշտոնյայի քաղաքական - գաղափարական հայացքներն ու համոզմունքները, նաեւ անցյալում նրա գործունեության շրջանակը, շատ ավելին ենք հասկանում։
Բայց եւ այնպես, եթե նա արտահայտում է գործող իշխանության պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումը, ապա թող իշխող վարչախումբը, առանց ավելորդ աճպարարությունների, անհապաղ հստակ, ամբողջական եւ հոդաբաշխ պարզաբանում տա:
