ԱՀԿ-ի փորձագետները ներկայացրել են քաղցկեղի զարգացման հավանականությունը նվազեցնելու ամենապարզ միջոցները

Քաղցկեղը ներկայում ամենատարածված ու վտանգավոր հիվանդություններից մեկն է, որը տարեկան հազարավոր մարդկանց մահվան պատճառ է դառնում։ Այս հիվանդությունը կարող է ախտահարել գրեթե բոլոր օրգաններն ու հյուսվածքները և ախտորոշվել ինչպես կանանց, այնպես էլ տղամարդկանց մոտ։ Սա դասվում է այն հիվանդությունների շարքին, որոնց վաղ ախտորոշումը բարձրացնում է բարեհաջող բուժման հավանականությունը, մինչդեռ շատ հաճախ մարդիկ չեն նկատում հիվանդության մասին նախազգուշացնող ախտանշանները, ինչի հետևանքով էլ այն չափազանց ուշ է հայտնաբերվում։

Նման լուրջ խնդիրներից խուսափելու համար հարկավոր է նախապես միջոցներ կիրառել ու հնարավորինս նվազեցնել քաղցկեղի զարգացումը, ուստի Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության մասնագետները ներկայացրել են երեք պարզ կանոն, որոնց հետևելը կօգնի պահպանել առողջությունն ու խուսափել այս վտանգավոր խնդրից։

Ինչպես գրում է բրիտանական Express պարբերականը, քաղցկեղի զարգացման հավանականության նվազեցման ամենապարզ միջոցներից մեկն առողջ ու կայուն քաշի պահպանումն է և մարմնի զանգվածի տատանումներից խուսափելը։ Այս հիվանդության զարգացման հավանականության բարձրացման հարցում գիտնականները հատկապես վտանգավոր են համարում ճարպակալումը։ Մասնագետների տվյալներով՝ այս խնդիրն ասոցացվում է քաղցկեղի 30 տեսակի զարգացման բարձր հավանականության հետ, մինչդեռ սլացիկ կազմվածքի պահպանումը թույլ է տալիս նվազագույնի հասցնել կրծքագեղձի քաղցկեղի, ենթաստամոքսային գեղձի քաղցկեղի, շագանակագեղձի քաղցկեղի, կերակրափողի քաղցկեղի, ստամոքսի քաղցկեղի և այս հիվանդության մի շարք այլ տեսակների զարգացման հավանականությունը։

Այս խնդրից պաշտպանվելու մյուս միջոցը կանոնավոր ֆիզիկական ակտիվությունն է։ Ընդ որում՝ մարզումները պետք է տևեն նվազագույնը կես ժամ, այլապես դրանք անարդյունավետ կլինեն։

ԱՀԿ-ի փորձագետներն ընդգծում են նաև սննդակարգի կարգավորման կարևորությունը, քանի որ մարդու սննդակարգը ևս շատ մեծ ազդեցություն է ունենում նրա առողջական վիճակի վրա։ Այս վտանգավոր հիվանդության զարգացման հավանականությունը նվազագույնի հասցնելու համար մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս օգտագործել ավելի շատ մրգեր ու բանջարեղեն, հատիկավորներ և լոբազգիներ։ Միևնույն ժամանակ հարկավոր է խիստ վերահսկողության տակ պահել օգտագործվող կարմիր մսի ու ալկոհոլի գործածությունը, ինչպես նաև խուսափել քաղցր գազավորված ըմպելիքներից։
