Արցախի ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը կոչ է արել կանխել Ադրբեջանի կողմից մշակութային նոր ցեղասպանությունը
CULTUREԱրցախի կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունը միջազգային կազմակերպություններին կոչ է արել գործադրել բոլոր հնարավոր ջանքերը և գործնական քայլեր ձեռնարկել՝ Ադրբեջանի հանրապետության նախագահի հրահանգով՝ Արցախում մշակութային նոր ցեղասպանությունը կանխելու ուղղությամբ:
«Դեռևս խորհրդային տարիներից Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների պետական քաղաքականության առանցքային մաս էր դարձել հայկական հուշարձանների մի կողմից անխնա ոչնչացումը, իսկ մյուս կողմից՝ յուրացումը: Առկա են բազմաթիվ փաստեր առ այն, թե ինչպես են անխնա ոչնչացման ենթարկվել հատկապես հայերեն արձանագրություններով հուշարձանները՝ եկեղեցիները, վանքերը, խաչքարերը, որոնք ակնհայտորեն մատնանշում են հայ ժողովրդին պատկանելությունը:
Ներկա ժամանակներում Ադրբեջանում հայատյացության խորապատկերի վրա այդ երկրի նախագահի կողմից նոր որակ ու ընթացք է տրվել հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացման քաղաքականությանը: Ընդամենը ամիսներ առաջ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հայտարարություններն ու հարցազրույցները միջազգային լրատվամիջոցներին՝ Ղազանչեցոց եկեղեցու հրթիռակոծության պատահականության և օրեր առաջ կատարած հայկական հուշարձաններից հայատառ գրությունների ոչնչացման մասին հրահանգը վերստին փաստում են, որ համամարդկային արժեքներից խոսող Ադրբեջանի նախագահը շարունակում է մի կողմից մոլորության մեջ դնել միջազգային հանրությանը՝ փորձելով ներկայանալ որպես «քաղաքակիրթ» երկրի ղեկավար, իսկ մյուս կողմից՝ տարվող իրական քաղաքականությունը ակնհայտորեն փաստում է, որ այդ երկիրը շարունակում է մնալ որպես համամարդկային քաղաքակրթության թշնամի:
Այլևս ակնհայտ իրողություն է, որ առավել վտանգված է մեր պատմամշակութային ժառանգության հետագա գոյությունը ստեղծված քաղաքական իրավիճակում: Նման վերաբերմունքը ավելի է խորացնում հակամարտությունը՝ ի չիք դարձնելով խաղաղ ճանապարհով այն հանգուցալուծելու միջնորդ երկրների ջանքերը:
Կոչ ենք հղում համամարդկային քաղաքակրթության ճակատագրով մտահոգ միջազգային բոլոր կազմակերպություններին՝ հնարավոր բոլոր ջանքերը գործադրել և գործնական քայլեր ձեռնարկել Ադրբեջանի հանրապետության նախագահի մակարդակով հրահանգված Արցախի տարածքում մշակութային նոր ցեղասպանությունը կանխելու ուղղությամբ»,-նշված է նախարարության կոչում:
