Արցախի ուժային կառույցներում հետաքրքիր զարգացումներ են
նկատվում։ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, գլխավոր դատախազի պաշտոնում Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանի նշանակումը խառնել է ինչպես Արցախի ուժային կառույցների ղեկավարների, այնպես էլ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հաշվարկները։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ Հարությունյանի նախաձեռնությամբ
պաշտոնից ազատման դիմում գրեց Հարությունյանի մերձավորներից Մհեր Աղաջանյանը, որը գլխավոր դատախազի պաշտոնը ստանձնել էր 2020 թվականի հունիսին՝ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի նախագահ ընտրվելուց հետո։

Հավելենք, որ Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը ևս
դատախազական համայնքից էր, ով, սակայն, Հարությունյանի պաշտոնավարման օրոք հանդես էր գալիս բավականին կոշտ գնահատականներով, իսկ ավելի ուշ, սկզբունքային անհամաձայնություններ ունենալով իշխանությունների հետ, ազատվել էր պաշտոնից և իրավապաշտպան գործունեությամբ էր զբաղվում։ Նրան գլխավոր դատախազ նշանակելով՝ Հարությունյանը նպատակ ուներ լռեցնել իր երբեմնի ընդդիմախոսներից մեկին, ինչպես արել էր այլ ընդդիմադիր դեմքերի պարագայում, սակայն Ներսիսյանը Հարությունյանի ու իշխանության կոկորդում ոսկոր է դարձել։ Վերջին մեկ ամսում գլխավոր դատախազության նախաձեռնությամբ այնպիսի քրեական գործեր են հարուցվել և համապատասխան իրավական ընթացակարգեր են ընթանում, որոնք առնչվում են ինչպես հենց Արայիկ Հարությունյանին, այնպես էլ նրա մերձավոր շրջապատին։

Թերթի տեղեկություններով, ներքին գործերի նախարարը, ԱԱԾ տնօրենն արդեն իսկ ահազանգել են Հարությունյանին, որ իշխանության ներսում անթույլատրելի գծեր են հատվում, և որ գլխավոր դատախազն իրականում իրենց դեմ խոշոր իրավական գործընթաց է ծավալում։ Սակայն Հարությունյանը դեռևս զերծ է մնում կտրուկ քայլեր ձեռնարկելուց՝ գիտակցելով, որ դա կարող է երկրի ներսում նոր ցնցում առաջացնել։
Ամեն դեպքում գլխավոր դատախազի գործողություններն արցախցիների շրջանում որոշակի հույսեր են արթնացրել, և մարդիկ մտածում են, որ հնարավոր կլինի իրավական պատասխանատվության կանչել անձանց, ովքեր ինչպես պատերազմի օրերին, այնպես էլ դրանից առաջ աչքի են ընկել ապօրինություններով։

Ի դեպ, Արցախում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացը սկսել է մտահոգել նաև ՀՀ իշխանություններին, որովհետև, պատճառահետևանքային կապի առումով, այդ գործերը
շոշափում են նաև ՀՀ վարչապետի, իշխանությունների գործողությունները, սակայն նրանք դեռևս Հայաստանի ներսում ստեղծված ներքաղաքական ճգնաժամով են կլանված և Արցախի իրադարձություններին դիտորդի կարգավիճակով են հետևում։
