Պատերազմի օրերին կատարված ֆեյսբուկյան իմ գրառումներից ընթերցողները երևի նկատած կլինեն, որ խոսելով «հաղթելու« մասին, ես բավականին հաճախ եմ օտագործել «եթե» և «պետք է» բառերը: Կցանկանայի հիշեցնել դրանցից ընդամենը մեկի մասին, որը գրառել էի հոկտեմբերի 22-ին, երբ արդեն հակառակորդը բավականին խորացել էր մեր պաշտպանական տարածքում: Ակնարկս հետևյալն էր. «...Կարծում եմ առավել քան հուսադրող զարգացումների մասնակիցն ու ականատեսը կդառնայինք, ե թ ե մարտական գործողությունների հենց առաջին օրերից օպերացիաների մշակման ու պլանավորման նույն սեղանի շուրջ հավաքվեին երեկվա պատերազմում հաղթած, իսկ այսօր պահեստազորում գտնվող գեներալներն ու զորավարները և իրենց իմացություններով ու վաստակած հեղինակությամբ նոր շունչ և ոգի տային ռազմաճակատի ամենադժվար հատվածներում մարտնչող մեր այսօրվա հրամանատարներին ու շարքայիններին...»:

Այսօր, երբ արդեն գործողության մեջ է նոյեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրված խայտառակ հայտարարությունը, և թվում է թե ամեն ինչ վերջացած է, ես տակավին շարունակում եմ մնալ այն կարծիքին, որ ստեղծված ծանրագույն իրավիճակից դուրս գալու ելքերը դեռևս սպառված չեն: Պատերազմի ժամանակ հանցավոր միտումնավորությամբ չօգտագործված «նախկինների» բավականին փորձառու ռազմաքաղաքական ռեսուրսը, ներառյալ նախագահներ և գեներալներ, այսօր առավել քան երբևէ, հատկապես Արցախում, պահանջված է:

Պահանջված է, քանի որ ինչպես պատերազմի ժամանակ, այնպես էլ այս ծանրագույն ռազմադիվանագիտական զարգացումների պայմաններում, նշված գործիչներն իրենց խելքով ու համառությամբ կարող են Հայրենիքի շահերն արժանապատվորեն պաշտպանել և՜ ադրբեջանաթուրքական տանդեմի դեմ ընթացող պայքարում, և՜, առավել ևս, ինչքան էլ ցավալի թվա, հայկական այսօրվա իշխանությունների որդեգրած դավաճանական քաղաքականությունը զսպելու համար:

Հ.գ.- Գիտե՞ք ինչի շնորհիվ նաև Արցախյան առաջին պատերազմում մենք հաղթեցինք, որովհետև երբ այն ժամանակվա մեր որոշ ղեկավարներ զգուշացնում էին, որ միջազգային հանրությունը մեզ չի հասկանա, եթե մենք Շուշին ազատագրենք, հակառակ դրան, Հայոց զորքը գնաց ոչ միայն մեր հինավուրց բերդաքաղաքը, այլև մյուս պատմական տարածքներն ազատագրելու... Արդյունքում աշխարհը սկսեց մեզ հարգել... Իսկ այսօր չի հարգում, քանի որ...
