Մոսկվայում տեղի ունեցած փոխհրաձգության գործով ձերբակալվել է ՌԴ ՔԿ-ի նախկին քննիչ Լևոն Աղաջանյանը

Մոսկվայի Բասմաննի շրջանային դատարանը կալանքի տակ է վերցրել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քննչական կոմիտեի նախկին քննիչ Լևոն Աղաջանյանին, որը քաղաքի բիզնես կենտրոնում տեղի ունեցած հրաձգության գործի շրջանակում մեղադրվում է ապացույցներ կեղծելու և անմեղ անձին քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար: Այս մասին ՏԱՍՍ-ին հայտնել են դատարանի մամուլի ծառայությունից:

«Դատարանը բավարարել է Աղաջանյանի նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու միջնորդությունը: Նա մեղադրվում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քրեական օրենսգրքի 299-րդ («Գիտակցաբար անմեղ անձին քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելը»), 303-րդ («Ապացույցների կեղծում») և 285-րդ («Պաշտոնեական լիազորությունների չարաշահում») հոդվածներով նախատեսվող հիմքերով, և կալանքի տակ կպահվի մինչև փետրվարի 17-ը», - տեղեկացրել են դատարանից:

ՏԱՍՍ-ի իրավապահ մարմնի աղբյուրը նշել է նաև, որ Լևոն Աղաջանյանը չի ընդունում իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը:

Ըստ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քննչական կոմիտեի, Աղաջանյանը 2019-ի փետրվարին ազատման դիմում է ներկայացրել Մոսկվայում Ռուսաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի գլխավոր քննչական վարչության քննիչի պաշտոնից, որից հետո զբաղվել է փաստաբանությամբ: Նրա ապօրինի գործողությունների փաստը պարզել են ՌԴ ՔԿ կենտրոնական գրասենյակի քննիչները՝ 2017-ին Մոսկվա քաղաքի կենտրոնում գտնվող Օկո աշտարակում փոխհրաձգության գործի հետաքննության ընթացքում: Այս գործով նախաքննությունն իրականացրել է Աղաջանյանը: Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Աղաջանյանը քննության ընթացքում կեղծել է քննչական գործողությունների անհատական արձանագրությունները և իրեղեն ապացույցները քրեական գործով անցնող ամբաստանյալների դերը նվազեցնելու համար: Բացի այդ, նա ապօրինի հետապնդում է իրականացրել երեք քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ, որոնց նկատմամբ այժմ հետապնդումը դադարեցվել է:

Հիշեցնենք՝ Օկո աշտարակում փոխհրաձգությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի 17-ի երեկոյան: Դրան մասնակցում էին միլիարդատեր Գաբրիել Յուշվաևի թիկնապահներն ու անվտանգության մասնավոր ընկերության աշխատակիցները, որոնք կարգուկանոն էին պահպանում: Բախումների հետևանքով տուժել է յոթ մարդ, այդ թվում ՝ Ռուսաստանի գվարդիայի «Օխրանա» դաշնային պետական ունիտար ձեռնարկության երկու աշխատակից, որոնք փորձել են միմյանից բաժանել կողմերին: Դատարան էին ներկայացել այդ տարիների իրադարձությունների միայն երկու մասնակից՝ Էլդար Խամիդովը և Մոհամեդ Իսմայիլովը: Այժմ Մոսկվայի Պրեսնենսկի շրջանային դատարանը քննում է այդ մարդկանց դեմ զենքի ապօրինի շրջանառության, սպանության փորձի և խուլիգանության համար հարուցված քրեական գործը: Աղաջանյանը Խամիդովի և Իսմայիլովի գործը քննող քննչական խմբի անդամ էր: Քրեական գործի նյութերից բխում է նաև, նա դիմել է դատարան՝ Իսմայիլովին և Խամիդովին ձերբակալելու միջնորդությամբ:
