«Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոնի ղեկավար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է. «Ո՞վ պետք է պարզաբանումներ տա հանրությանը, թե ինչ է կատարվում Հադրութի շրջանի Խծաբերդ և Հին Թաղեր գյուղերի, Շուշիի շրջանի Հինշեն, Մեծ Շեն գյուղերի շուրջ։
     Այն տեղեկատվությունը, որը այդ գյուղերի բնակիչներից, գյուղապետներից է գալիս փաստում է, որ վերահսկողությունը աստիճանաբար անցել/անցնում է Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողությանը կամ ստեղծվում է այնպիսի իրավիճակ, որ մարդիկ ստիպված լինեն հեռանալու՝ չվերադառնալու հեռանկարով։
     Ավելին, երեկվանից ՌԴ պաշտոնական կայքի՝ Արցախին վերաբերող հատվածում ուշագրավ փոփոխություններ են եղել և այդ գյուղերը ՌԴ խաղաղապահ ուժերի տեղակայման վայրեր այլևս չեն հանդիսանում։
     Երեկվանից նաև ակտիվ տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում այն մասին, որ մեկ տասնյակ մարդ Խծաբերդ և Հին Թաղեր գյուղերի ուղղությամբ տեղի ունեցած մարտերի արդյունքում անհետացել են։ Ու սա այն դեպքում, որ ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն ներկայացրել էր միայն վիրավորների փաստը՝ թաքցրել անհայտ կորածների հանգամանքը։
     Նիկոլ Փաշինյան, մի երկու օր առաջ խոսում էիր ապատեղեկատվության հոսքերի ու դրա վտանգավորության մասին, իսկ ո՞վ է պատասխանատու ՀՀ պաշտոնատար անձնանց, կառույցների տեղեկատվական անգործության, մանիպուլյացիաների, չգոյության համար։
     Հասկանում ե՞ս, որ հենց դուք եք նման իրավիճակ ստեղծում՝ պարարտ հող նախապատրաստելով ամեն տեսակի տեղեկատվական տեռոռի համար, որն ի դեպ, հենց դուք էլ հրահրում եք։
     Արայիկ Հարությունյան, երեկ իրար բրթելով ձեզ օդանավակայան էիք գցում՝ նկարվելու, ինքնագովազդվելու մի իրադարձության ֆոնին, որի հետ կապ չունեք։ Ինչի՞ պարզաբանումներ չեք տալիս, թե ինչ է կատարվում նշածս գյուղերում, ինչի ե՞ք մարդկանց մոլորության, տեղեկատվական բլոկադայի մեջ գցում։
     Կարող ե՞մ ինձ իրավունք տալ կասկածելու ձեր ազնվության վրա՝ միանշանակ։ Դուք ընդհանրապես ինչի՞ համար եք, պատասխանատվություն զգում ե՞ք մեր հանրության անվտանգության, առհասարակ գոյության համար։
     Նիկոլ Փաշինյան, Արայիկ Հարությունյան դուք գոնե գիտակցում ե՞ք, թե ինչի տակ եք մտել։ Կարծում եմ՝ չէ, հակառակ դեպքում, վաղուց, մեզ՝ ձեր ներկայությունից, ազատած կլինեիք։
     ԱԱԾ չե՞ք կարծում, որ պետք է զբաղվեք այս իրավիճակով, հակառակ դեպքում կստացվի, որ այս ամենն արվում է ձեր գիտության կամ հանցավոր անգործության պայմաններում, իսկ հետևանքները ես չէ, որ պետք է ձեզ բացատրեմ»։
