ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունը հայտնում է․

«Կառավարությունը հաստատել է ՀՀ բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների բակալավրի ու անընդհատ և ինտեգրացված կրթական ծրագրերով 2021/2022 ուսումնական տարվա մասնագիտությունների ու ընդունելության քննությունների ցանկը։

Համաձայն ընդունված որոշման՝ առկա և հեռակա համակարգերում դիմորդները կհանձնեն հիմնականում երկու ընդունելության քննություն։ Կան մասնագիտություններ, որոնց դիմորդները վճարովի ուսուցման համակարգում թափուր տեղերի առկայության դեպքում 2-րդ քննության գնահատականը (քննությունների ցանկում նշված է երկու աստղանշանով **) կարող են փոխանցել նախորդ աստիճանի ավարտական փաստաթղթից (ատեստատ կամ դիպլոմ):

Գալիք՝ 2021/22 ուստարվա ընդունելության քննությունների ցանկում կատարված հիմնական փոփոխությունն այն է, որ մի շարք մասնագիտությունների համար բուհերի կողմից սահմանված են մրցութային կամընտրական քննություններ՝ դիմորդներին հնարավորություն տալով իրենց ցանկությամբ ընտրելու համապատասխան քննական առարկան:

Այս փոփոխությունը տարածվում է այն մասնագիտությունների վրա, որոնց համար նախորդ տարիներին սահմանված է եղել մրցութային երեք քննություն։ Այդ մասնագիտությունների դիմորդներն այժմ կհանձնեն երկու քննություն՝ նախկին երեքի փոխարեն, որոնցից մեկը սահմանված է որպես պարտադիր առարկա, իսկ երկրորդ քննությունը դիմորդն առաջարկվող առարկաներից կընտրի իր ցանկությամբ։

Ընդունելության քննությունների և մասնագիտությունների ցանկը՝ այստեղ։

Գիտելիքների ստուգման գործընթացն իրականացնելիս, անկախ բուհի կարգավիճակից (պետական, ոչ պետական), բոլոր դիմորդների համար սահմանվում են ընդունելության միևնույն պայմանները։

Նշենք, որ սովորաբար բակալավրիատի ծրագրով դիմորդները հանձնել են նվազագույնը երկու ընդունելության քննություն։ Բացառություն է արվել միայն անցյալ՝ 2020/2021 ուսումնական տարվա ընդունելության գործընթացի կազմակերպման ժամանակ, երբ դիմորդները հանձնել են մեկ քննություն՝ պայմանավորված կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի տարածման կանխարգելմամբ։

Հավելենք, որ գործադիրը հաստատել է նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում 2020/2021 ուսումնական տարվա ասպիրանտուրայի ընդունելության հեռակա ուսուցմամբ անվճար տեղերի բաշխումը։ Այդ որոշմամբ՝ ընդունելության նպաստի ձևով ուսման վճարի փոխհատուցմամբ հատկացվել է 35 անվճար տեղ՝ հաշվի առնելով գիտական կազմակերպությունների և բուհերի ներկայացրած հայտերը։ Նախապատվությունը տրվել է բնագիտական, տեխնոլոգիական, ճարտարագիտական և մաթեմատիկական (STEM) ու հայագիտության ոլորտի մասնագիտություններին։

Սահմանվել է, որ 2020/2021 ուսումնական տարում ասպիրանտուրայի հեռակա ուսուցման թափուր մնացած տեղերը, հաշվի առնելով ՀՀ բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների, ՀՀ գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի և գիտական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացրած լրացուցիչ հայտերը, վերաբաշխում է ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունը։ Բաշխման ժամանակ առաջնահերթությունը տրվում է մասնագիտական քննությունից գերազանց՝ 18 (տասնութ) – 20 (քսան) միավոր և մրցույթի արդյունքում հավասար միավորներ ստացած դիմորդներին՝ ըստ առավելագույն գնահատականի։ Անհրաժեշ­տու­թյան դեպքում հաշվի է առնվում նաև ՀՀ կառավարության 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 25-ի N 238-Ն որոշմամբ հաստատված հավելվածի 28-րդ կետի պահանջները»:
