Արբանյակային պատկերներն ապացուցում են ԼՂ-ում Ադրբեջանի կողմից ֆոսֆորի կիրառումը. DFRLab-ի անդրադարձը

Digital Forensic Research Lab ծավալուն հոդվածով անդրադարձել է պատերազմի ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի ուղղությամբ արգելված ֆոսֆորային զինամթերքի կիրառմանը՝ նշելով, որ արբանյակային պատկերը ցույց է տալիս ԼՂ-ում սպիտակ ֆոսֆորի օգտագործման հետևանքով շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնասը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ մասնավորապես նշված է, որ մարտական գործողությունների վերջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում բաց աղբյուրների արբանյակային պատկերները ցույց են տալիս, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անտառների վրա սպիտակ ֆոսֆորական զինամթերք օգտագործելու արդյունքում առաջացել է շրջակա միջավայրի ավերածություն:
Ասվում է, որ նոյեմբերի սկզբին «Թվիթեր»-ում և այլ սոցկայքեում հայտնվել էին տեսանյութեր, որոնցում երևում է ԼՂ-ում հայերի կողմից վերահսկվող տարածքների վրա արգելված սպիտակ ֆոսֆորային զինամթերքի կիրառություն: Նշվում է, որ պատկերները նշանակալի ուշադրության չեն արժանացել միջազգային լրատվամիջոցների կամ շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանության միջազգային կազմակերպությունների կողմից, սակայն «Transparency International Armenia»-ը հրապարկել է «Էկոլոգիական ահազանգ» ՝ դատապարտելով այդ զենքի օգտագործումը: Հոդվածում մեջբերում է արվում այդ հրապարակումից. «Ադրբեջանական ուժերի կողմից սպիտակ ֆոսֆորի կիրառումն այդ անտառներում ոչ միայն կկործանի արժեքավոր էկոհամակարգերն ու բնակավայրերը, ոչնչացման վտանգի տակ կդնի որոշ տեսակների, այլ նաև տարիներ կաղտոտի գետերն ու ստորգետնյա ջրերը՝ այդպիսով վերածվելով տարածաշրջանային մասշտաբի մեծ սպառնալիքի տարածաշրջանում բնակվող մարդկանց և վայրի բնության համար»:
Սակայն նշվում է, որ Ադրբեջանը հերքում է սա՝ մեղադրելով, թե իբր հայկական կողմն է կիրառել ֆոսֆոր իրենց կողմից վերահսկվող տարածքների ուղղությամբ: Սակայն հոդվածագիրը արդարացիորեն նկատել է, որ այս պնդումը փաստող ոչ մի ապացույց չկա բաց աղբյուրներում: «Արբանյակային պատկերը, այնուամենայնիվ, հաստատում է Հայաստանի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող տարածքի անտառային մեծ հատվածում հրդեհի արդյունքոմ պատճառված մեծ վնասը, միևնույն ժամանակ, հայտնվել են Ադրբեջանի ֆոսֆորային զինամթերքի օգտագործման տեսանյութերը: Անտառածածկ տարածքների թիրախավորումը ռազմավարություն է, որը երբեմն օգտագործվում է տարածքներից մարտական գործողությունները դուրս մղելու կամ շրջակա միջավայրին մեծ ավերածություն պատճառելու նպատակով»,-գրված է Digital Forensic Research Lab-ի հոդվածում:
Նշվում է նաև, որ որոշ տեսանյութեր նկարահանվել են հայ զինվորների կողմից, որոնցում երևում է, որ սպիտակ ֆոսֆորային զինամթերքն ընկնում է պաշտպանական դիրքերի վրա:
