«Կարծում եմ, որ անհնար էր պատկերացնել ղարաբաղյան խնդրի ենթադրյալ լուծման ավելի ամոթալի տարբերակ»,-Aravot.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Հելսինկյան նախաձեռնություն-92» ԼՂՀ կոմիտեի համակարգող, խաղաղության եւ մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային մրցանակների դափնեկիր, արցախցի իրավապաշտպան Կարեն Օհանջանյանն՝ անդրադառնալով Արցախի հարցի հանգուցալուծման՝ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ընտրած տարբերակին, որին հավանություն է տվել Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը:
Մեր զրուցակիցը հիշեցնում է՝ այս ընթացքում մամուլում բազմիցս է հանդես եկել հայտարարություններով, որ Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի ներկայիս ռազմական ագրեսիան Արցախի դեմ շատ նման է ղարաբաղյան շարժման ժամանակաշրջանի «Օղակ» գործողությանը, որը հետապնդում էր Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը հայերից մաքրելու նպատակ: Իսկ այս պատերազմը կոչել է «Օղակ -2» գործողություն, որի հեղինակը Ռուսաստանն է:
«Հիմա տեղի ունեցածից հետո, առավել ևս՝ Պուտինի, Փաշինյանի և Ալիևի միջև հայտարարության ստորագրումից հետո, հաստատվում է, որ պատերազմը հրահրել է Ռուսաստանը, որն այս քայլին գնացել է սեփական շահերից ելնելով՝ ածխաջրածնային ռեսուրսների և Սիրիայում ու Լիբիայում Թուրքիայից զիջումներ ստանալու համար։ Ռուսաստանը դավաճանեց իր դաշնակից Հայաստանին: Ռուսաստանը վերացրեց հայկական երազանքը: Եվ մենք՝ բոլոր հայերս, պետք է միավորվենք մեկ հզոր բռունցք դառնանք և կանխենք Ռուսաստանի ծրագրերի իրականացումը Հայաստանում և Արցախում: Կարծում եմ, որ Հայաստանի խորհրդարանը չպետք է վավերացնի այս հայտարարությունը: Ես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Արայիկ Հարությունյանի գործողությունները որակում եմ որպես պետական և ազգային շահերի դավաճանություն: Ժողովուրդը պետք է խիստ դատապարտի այդ ազգային հանցագործներին, ովքեր արգելափակել են Ադրբեջանի դեմ հարվածային զենքի օգտագործումը։ Չօգտագործվեց Հայաստանի կրակային ներուժը, միջին և հեռահար հրթիռները, մարտական ինքնաթիռները՝ Ադրբեջանի տնտեսական և այլ ենթակառուցվածքների դեմ, և նրանք մեղավոր են մեր հասարակությունների, ամբողջ ժողովրդի բարոյալքման մեջ: Հետեւաբար, ես միանշանակ հավատում եմ, որ այս համաձայնագիրն ուղղված է հայերի դեմ: Եվ մենք պետք է դաս քաղենք Հայաստանի և Արցախի ղեկավարների դավաճանությունից, միավորվենք և սկսենք ագրեսորներից մեր տարածքների ազատագրման գործընթացը»,- ասաց Կարեն Օհանջանյանը:
