Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ արձագանքը մեր սկզբունքային դիրքորոշումն է, իսկ Հայաստանի վարչապետի նամակի առիթով դետալները կքննարկվեն հետագա գործընթացում, հայտարարել էր ՌԴ ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Զախարովան: Հայաստանում աշխուժորեն քննարկվում է ՌԴ նախագահ Պուտինին վարչապետ Փաշինյանի նամակը ՌԴ օգնության տեսակի ու ծավալների շուրջ անհապաղ խորհրդակցություններ սկսելու հարցով, եւ դրան ՌԴ ԱԳՆ առաջին արձագանքը: Այդ արձագանքում նշվում է, որ Մոսկվան հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային պայմանագրին հավատարիմ՝ կհատկացնի աջակցության անհրաժեշտ ամբողջ ծավալը, եթե մարտական գործողությունները ծավալվեն Հայաստանի տարածքում:

Այդ հանգամանքը առաջացրել է բուռն քննարկումներ: Հարցն այն է, որ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ արձագանքն ընդհանուր է եւ նախնական, ինչպես փաստել է Զախարովան: Որովհետեւ Հայաստանի վարչապետի նամակը, որ գրվել է հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային պայմանագրին հղումով, ըստ պայմանագրի ենթադրում է այն «անհապաղ խորհրդակցությունը», որի ընթացքում պետք է որոշվի աջակցության անհրաժեշտ տեսակն ու ծավալը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանի տարածքի շեշտմանը, ապա այստեղ անշուշտ ամեն ինչ սպասելի տրամաբանության շրջանակում է: Պայմանագիրը առնչվում է Հայաստանի սահմանին, Հայաստանի տարածքին, իսկ Արցախը ՌԴ համար Հայաստանի դե յուրե ճանաչված տարածք չէ: Հետեւաբար Ռուսաստանն այդ հարցում ոչ թե դաշնակցի, այլ «հավասարակշռված միջնորդի» դերում է:

Ամբողջ հարցն այն է, սակայն, որ իրական քաղաքականությունն անշուշտ չափվում է «սահմանային» այլ գնահատումներով: Օրինակ, այդ գնահատումով, Թուրքիան խախտել է ՌԴ սահմանը, մուտք գործելով նրա կենսական շահերի գոտի: Ռուսաստանը դա անշուշտ հիանալի հասկանում ու գնահատում է, բայց ներկայում չունի համարժեք քաղաքական պատասխան եւ չի ուզում  բախվել Թուրքիայի հետ: Բայց, մինչ Ռուսաստանը փորձում է պահել «հավասարակշռությունը», Թուրքիան արդեն հասել է Ռուսաստանի պետական սահմանին:

Այդ իմաստով, արդյոք Հայաստանի վարչապետի նամակը, որը թերեւս գրվել է ոչ առանց նախնական համաձայնեցման, իր մեջ պարունակում է նաեւ քաղաքական ազդակ առ այն, որ Ռուսաստանն էլ կարող է «հավասարակշռված միջնորդից» անցնել «դաշնակցային» բալանսի: Ու թեեւ այստեղ խոսքը դե յուրե Հայաստանի տարածքի մասին է, այդուհանդերձ ռազմական եւ ռազմա-քաղաքական իմաստով այդ հասկացությունը կարող է Մոսկվային տալ իրավիճակի վրա ազդելու շատ ավելի լայն հնարավորություն, քան Հայաստանի սահմանը՝ ֆորմալ իմաստով մնալով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հանդեպ դաշնակցային պարտավորության սահմանում:

Կանի՞ դա Ռուսաստանը, թե ոչ՝ կերեւա «անհապաղ խորհրդակցությունների» ընթացքից։ Սակայն ժամանակը չի սպասում, եւ Ռուսաստանն այլեւս չի կարող վերադարձնել այն, ինչի հույսը դեռ ունի, եւ կարող է կորցնել շատ ավելին:
