Արմանի կյանքը փրկեցին մեր բժիշկները՝ բժիշկ Տոնոյանի գլխավորությամբ: Մի անգամ ասել եմ, նորից եմ ասում. ռազմաճակատում և այլ քաղաքներում զինվորների կյանքի համար պայքարող բժիշկները նույնպես հերոսներ են: Շնորհակալ եմ բոլորիդ:
Արմանս իմ ճանաչած քաջերից մեկն է, ով չսպասեց հրավերի, և կամավոր մեկնելով Արցախ, կատարեց իր նվիրական պարտքը: Այս օրերին, իմանալով, որ ողջ մնալու հավանականությունը քիչ է, և՛ խրամատում, և՛ քաղաքում իր ցուցաբերած խիզախությամբ ընկերների հետ միասին կասեցրեց թշնամու առաջխաղացումը:
