Օբաման խոստացավ ոչնչացնել «Իսլամական պետությունը»

 ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Բարաք Օբաման հատուկ տեսաուղերձում ահաբեկչական գործողություն է որակել Կալիֆոռնիայի Սան Բեռնարդինո քաղաքում մարդկանց զանգվածային գնդակահարումը եւ հորդորել է ԱՄՆ-ի Կոնգրեսին՝ արտոնել ռազմական ուժի կիրառումը «Իսլամական պետություն» խմբավորման դեմ, տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով CNN-ին:

«Դա ահաբեկչության ակտ էր՝ ուղղված անմեղ մարդկանց սպանելուն»,- ասել է Օբաման՝ մեկնաբանելով Սան Բեռնարդինոյում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգությունը: Սպիտակ տան ղեկավարը նշել է, թե առայժմ չկան այն բանի ապացույցներ, որ կալիֆոռնիացի հրաձիգներ Սայեդ Ռիզվան Ֆարուքին եւ Տաշֆին Մալիքին ղեկավարել են արտասահմանում գործող ահաբեկիչները, կամ որ այդ հարձակումը ԱՄՆ-ում «ավելի ընդգրկուն դավադրության բաղադրիչն էր»:

Միեւնույն ժամանակ Օբաման նշել է, որ «ահաբեկչության սպառնալիքն իրական է», եւ «ԱՄՆ-ը մտադիր է հաղթահարել այն»՝ պատերազմի նոր փուլ սկսելով իսլամիստների դեմ: «Մենք կոչնչացնենք ԻՊ-ն կամ ցանկացած այլ կազմակերպություն, որը փորձում է վնասել մեզ»,- ասել է նա՝ հավաստիացնելով, որ ամերիկացի զինվորականները «կշարունակեն ահաբեկիչների որսն» ամբողջ աշխարհում: ԱՄՆ-ի ղեկավարն ընդգծել է, որ խոսքն իսլամի դեմ ԱՄՆ-ի պատերազմի մասին չէ: Նա ԻՊ-ն որակել է «մահվան պաշտամունք», իսկ նրա անդամներին՝ «մարդասպաններ ու ոճրագործներ»:

ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահը հորդորել է Կոնգրեսին՝ արտոնել ռազմական ուժի հետագա կիրառումն ԻՊ-ի դեմ պայքարում եւ սահմանափակել հրազենի վաճառքն ահաբեկչության մեջ կասկածվողներին: «Կարծում եմ՝ Կոնգրեսի համար եկել է ժամանակը քվեարկելու համապատասխան օրինագծի օգտին՝ հավաստելով, որ ամերիկյան ժողովուրդը միասնական է եւ հավատարիմ ահաբեկչության դեմ այդ պայքարին»,- Օբամայի խոսքը մեջբերել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

Ինչպես հայտարարել է Սպիտակ տան ղեկավարը, ԱՄՆ-ը մտադիր է «բոլոր հնարավորությունները» օգտագործել ահաբեկչությանը դիմակայելու համար, ներառյալ համագործակցությունն իր դաշնակիցների եւ Ռուսաստանի հետ: Օբաման այն կարծիքին է, որ Սիրիայում կրակի դադարեցումը կօգնի միջազգային կոալիցիային եւ Ռուսաստանին պայքարելու «Իսլամական պետության» դեմ:

Ընդսմին Օբաման նշել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ը չպետք է «թանկ նստող ցամաքային գործողություն» սկսի: Խոսքը, ըստ նրա, վերաբերում է Սիրիա եւ Իրաք հատուկ նշանակության նոր ուժեր ուղարկելուն, ինչպես նաեւ «ԻՊ-ի դեմ պայքարելու համար տասնյակ հազարավոր իրաքցիների եւ սիրիացիների» պատրաստելուն:

Բացի այդ, Սպիտակ տան ղեկավարը վերստին հիշեցրել է, որ Վաշինգտոնն Անկարայի հետ միասին զբաղվում է թուրք-սիրիական սահմանի փակմամբ եւ փորձում է արգելափակել ԻՊ-ին զինյալների մատակարարման ուղիները:
