ECONOMICSՆախորդ տարվա համեմատ զբոսաշրջային գործակալությունների իրացման ծավալները կրճատված են ավելի քան 90 տոկոսով, քանի որ ներգնա զբոսաշրջություն չկա, համապատասխանաբար, այդ կազմակերպությունները եկամուտ ունենալ չեն կարող. ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության այսօր կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ, պատասխանելով լրագրողների հարցերին, նշեց էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը:
Նրա հավաստմամբ՝ զբոսաշրջային կազմակերպությունները պայմանականորեն փակված պետք է համարել, քանի որ նրանք անմիջապես կբացվեն, երբ զբոսաշրջային հոսքերը վերականգնվեն:
«Մենք սպասում ենք, որ առաջիկայում կարգավորումները կմեղմացվեն և աշնան վերջին ամիսներին որոշակի ուղղություններից Հայաստան կժամանեն ներգնա զբոսաշրջիկներ: Չեմ կասկածում, որ փակված կազմակերպություններից կամ գործունեությունը ժամանակավորապես դադարած կազմակերպությունների մեծ մասը կվերադառնան իրենց բիզնեսներին: Իհարկե, վերականգնումը տեղի կունենա ոչ ամբողջ ծավալով և ոչ միանգամից, բայց կլինի աշնան վերջին ամիսներից սկսած»,- ասաց նա:
Անդրադառնալով լրագրողի հարցին, թե բիզնեսի աջակցությունը հիմնականում վարկերի սուբսիդավորման եղանակով է իրականացվում, սակայն հաշվի առնելով բիզնեսի ներկա վիճակը և եկամուտների անկումը, այն ռիսկեր է պարունակում, արդյո՞ք պետությունը աջակցության այլ միջոցներ քննարկել է, թե ոչ, էկոնոմիկայի նախարարը նշեց, որ այլընտրանքային եղանակներ են քննարկվում այն ոլորտների համար, որտեղ վարկային աջակցությունը խնդիրներն ամբողջությամբ չի լուծում, և Կառավարութան 21-րդ միջոցառման որոշումը դրա օրինակն է:
«Մենք հասկանում ենք, որ հանրային սննդի ոլորտում, զբոսաշրջային գործակալությունների, հատկապես՝ ներգնա զբոսաշրջության դեպքում, Երևանում հյուրանոցների զգալի մասը գործնականում ծառայություն չի մատուցում, նրանք սպասարկում են հիմնականում Հայաստան եկող անձանց և այդ կազմակերպություններին դրամաշնորհային կամ սուբսիդավորման աջակցություն է ցուցաբերվում»,- նշեց նա:
Խոսելով 2020 թվականի երկրորդ կիսամյակի տնտեսական ցուցանիշների մասին՝ նախարարը նշեց, որ Հայաստանում համախառն ներքին արդյունքի մոտ 40 տոկոսն արտադրվում է առաջին կիսամյակում և մոտ 60 տոկոսը՝ երկրորդում: Նրա փոխանցմամբ՝ վիճակագրական տվյալներով առաջին կիսամյակում տնտեսական ակտիվության նվազումը եղել է այնքան, որ եթե փոխանցվի համախառն ներքին արդյունքի ցուցանիշների, ապա տարեկան կտրվածքով 2 տոկոսային կետով պակաս է լինելու, քան 2019 թվականին:
«Ունենք հունիս ամսվա տվյալները, հուլիսը դեռ չկա, եթե մտածենք, որ հուլիսի տնտեսական ակտիվությունը նման է լինելու հունիսին, գնահատում ենք, որ 3-4 տոկոսի միջակայքում կլինի երկրորդ կիսամյակի համախառն ներքին արդյունքի նվազում, նախորդ տարվա երկրորդ կիսամյակի նկատմամբ: Սակայն սա պետք է համարել փորձագիտական գնահատական՝ պաշտոնապես շրջանառվող գնահատականներ չեն»,- ընդգծեց Տիգրան խաչատրյանը:
Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարը նշեց, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսական տեմպերը նման են համաշխարհային տնտեսության ընդհանուր միտումներին, քանի որ միջազգային հեղինակավոր ընկերությունները համաշխարհային տնտեսության, ընդհանուր առմամբ, մինչև 6 տոկոս անկում են նախատեսում: Նախատեսում են նաև, որ 2021 թվականը լինելու է վերականգման հիմնական տարին:
