Ամուլսարի հանքի շահագործումը Սևաա լճին կհասցնի ահռելի վնասներ. բնապահպան ահազանգում է
SOCIETYՍևանը կորցնելու ճանապարհին ենք: Այս մասին այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 11-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց «Հանուն կայուն մարդկային զարգացման» ՀԿ նախագահ, բնապահպան Կարինե Դանիելյանը՝ խոսելով Սևանի ծաղկման մասին:
«Լիճը վերածվում է ճահիճի, արդեն իսկ Առողջապահության նախարարությունն ահազանգում է, որ որոշ տարածքներում վտանգավոր է լողալը, շատ շուտով այն նույնիսկ ոռոգման նպատակով օգտագործելու համար կլինի ոչ պիտանի, քանի որ ջուրն ամբողջությամբ թունավորված կլինի»,- ասաց բնապահպանն ու հավելեց, որ, լիճը կորցնելով՝ կորցնում ենք նաև Հայաստանը:
Նա նշեց, որ վերջին տարիներին՝ 2017-2018 թվականներին ունեցել ենք բացասական բալանս Սևանա լճի հետ կապված, այսինքն՝ ջրի մակարդակը բարձրանալու փոխարեն իջել է, ինչը ևս հարված է լճին:
«Մեծ քանակությամբ ձուկ հանելը ջրից ևս բացասական է, իսկ սնման շղթայի վերևում ձուկն է, երբ ձուկը հանում ենք, նյութերն ամբողջությամբ մնում են լճում, ինչի հետևանք է լճի ծաղկումը, իսկ ծաղկումը ցույց է տալիս, որ ճահճացման գործընթացը ակտիվացել է:
Այս առումով մի դրական բան կա, որ Եվրամիության աջակցությամբ մշակվել է մեծ ծրագիր, որտեղ Սևանի, ջրհվաք ավազանի վերաբերյալ հավաքված են բոլոր տվյալները: Թե ինչ պետք է անել, ինչպես պետք է անել, ամեն ինչ մանրամասն տրված է»:
Բնապահպանը նշում է, որ ծրագրի իրականացման մեկնարկը կտրվի 2021 թվականին: Նրա խոսքով՝ անհրաժեշտ է ստեղծել Սևանի փրկության հիմնադրամ:
«Սակայն պետք չէ ժամանակ կորցնել և սպասել 2021 թվականին, անհրաժեշտ է օր առաջ զբաղվել Սևանի մաքրման աշխատանքներով, քանի որ եթե բազմաթիվ առաջացած խնդիրներին գումարենք Ամուլսարի խնդիրը, այն հարվածը, որ պետք է կրի լիճը, ահռելի վնասներ են լինելու, ինչքան էլ ասեն, որ նոր տեխնոլոգիաներ են օգտագործելու, խնդիրն այն է, որ հանքավայրն այնքան հատուկ է, որ ինչ տեխնոլոգիա էլ օգտագործեն, միևնույն է՝ վտանգը կա»,– ասաց նա:
Բնապահպան Կարինե Դանիելյանի համար հասկանալի չէ այն, որ չնայած ոսկու այդքան ցածր պաշարներին՝ ցանկանում են հենց այդ տարածքում հանք շահագործել. «Առանձնահատկությունն այն է, որ երբ ջուրը կպնի հանքին, անմիջապես կսկսի առաջանալ այդ սուլֆիդային դրենաժը՝ թթվային նյութեր, որոնք այս կամ այն ճանապարհով, հասնելու են Սևանա լիճ: Սա այն հարվածն է, որն ուղղակի չի կարելի թույլ տալ, որ հասնի Սևանին»,-հավելեց բնապահպանը:
