Հիմա համացանցում կարելի է գտնել բազմաթիվ պատմություններ նիհարելու մասին, որոնք հաճույքով կարդում եք և հիանում եք այդ մարդկանց կամքի ուժով: 48-ամյա Անջելա Մակ Մանուսի և նրա 20-ամյա որդու՝ Բրեդլիի պատմությունն ուժեղ մոտիվացիայի և իրենց վրա աշխատելու ևս մեկ վառ օրինակ է:

Նախկինում մայր և որդի տարված էին սուպերմարկետների կիսաֆաբրիկատներով, իսկ այժմ ջանասիրաբար սպորտով են զբաղվում և ճիշտ են սնվում: Ահա թե ինչ է լինում, երբ նիհարելու նպատակը զուգորդվում է ակտիվ գործողություններով. Արդյունքն ակնհայտ է:

Այսպիսի տեսք ունեին նախկինում մայր և որդի, ովքեր սիրում էին համեղ ուտել:

Անջելան և Բրեդլին գրեթե միշտ սնվում էին միայն պատրաստի սառեցրած մթերքներ, ինչի հետևանքով նրանց մոտ առողջական խնդիրներ էին առաջացել:

Մի օր, սնոուբորդով զբոսանքի ժամանակ, ահավոր շնչահեղձությունից հետո, Անջելան հստակ որոշեց, որ առողջության հետ պետք չէ կատակել և ժամանակն է ինչ-որ բան փոխել: Այդպես ծագեց առողջ ապրելակերպի մասին միտքը, որին տղան նույնպես աջակցեց:

Նրանք անմիջապես հրաժարվեցին վնասակար սնունդից, և գրանցվեցին անհատական մարզիչի մոտ:

Կիսաֆաբրիկատները փոխարինելով օգտակար մթերքներով, ինչպես նաև ջանասիրաբար մարզվելով՝ Անջելան և Բրեդլին փոխվել են և լավ տեսք ունեն այժմ:

Կինը նիհարել է և ձգվել:

Եվ ինչպես ինքն է պնդում, այժմ նա իրեն էներգիայով լի է զգում:

Իսկ Բրեդլին ոչ միայն նիհարել է, այլ այժմ նա կարող է պարծենալ իր որովայնի գեղեցիկ խորանարդիկներով:

Ահա` ինչ հրաշքներ են գործում սպորտով զբաղվելն ու ճիշտ սնվելը: Այս պատմությունն ուսուցանում է, որ ոչ մի անհնարին բան չկա, երբ քո առջև մեծ նպատակ է դրված:
