«Չեմ ասում, որ դժգոհ եմ կառավարության աշխատանքից, բայց մտահոգում է նրանց դանդաղկոտությունը»
ECONOMICS«Նաիրիտ» քիմիական գործարանի վերագործարկման անհրաժեշտության, առկա խնդիրների մասին «Փաստը» ոչ մեկ անգամ է բարձրաձայնել: Թեմային առնչվող վերջին հրապարակման մեջ նշել էինք, որ գործարանի վերագործարկման նպատակով ներդրողներին ներկայացվելիք առաջարկների նախագիծն արդեն պատրաստ էր, կառավարությունը ստացել էր նաև բոլոր գերատեսչությունների կարծիքները դրա վերաբերյալ:
Հասկանալու համար, թե ներկայումս գործարանի շուրջ ի՞նչ իրադարձություններ են տեղի ունենում, զրուցեցինք գործարանի նախկին տնօրեն Կարեն Իսրայելյանի հետ: Նրանից հետաքրքրվում ենք՝ նախքան համաճարակի բռնկումը գործարանի վերագործարկման վերաբերյալ նախագիծը ո՞ր փուլում էր գտնվում:
«Կառավարությունը պետք է առաջարկների միջոցով գտներ համապատասխան ընկերությանը, որը կհամաձայներ գործարանում ներդրում կատարել: Բայց ամեն ինչ մնաց կիսատ՝ ելնելով ստեղծված առողջապահական վիճակից: Կառավարությունը եկել էր այն եզրահանգմանը, որ գործարանը կարող է վերականգնել և այն կսկսի աշխատել: Իրենք պետք է համապատասխան առաջարկն անեին ներդրողներին՝ նրանց ներգրավելու համար: Մեր աշխատանքը կանգ առավ այս փուլում: Ի դեպ, կառավարության հետ ձեռք բերված համաձայնության ժամանակ պայմանավորվեցինք, որ եթե ներդրողներն արդեն հստակ լինեն, մենք էլ պետք է քննարկումներին մասնակցենք և հասկանանք, թե որքան իրատեսական են նրանց առաջարկները: Չեմ ասում, որ դժգոհ եմ «Նաիրիտի» հարցում կառավարության աշխատանքից, բայց դժգոհ եմ դանդաղկոտությունից: «Նաիրիտում» դեռևս շարունակվում է լուծարման գործընթացը, և չենք կարող ասել, թե վաղն ինչ պատկեր կլինի այնտեղ: Կա ուժ, որը ցանկանում է ամեն գնով «Նաիրիտը» լուծարել, և մեր հիմնական մտահոգությունն այն է, որ հնարավոր է գործարանը հասնի մի իրավիճակի, երբ ցանկանանք էլ, բայց չկարողանանք այն վերականգնել»,-Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասում է գործարանի նախկին տնօրենը:
Նա նաև հիշեցնում է՝ դեռևս 2018 թվականին հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանին ներկայացրել է տեղեկանք, որտեղ պարզաբանված էր, թե ինչպես է «Նաիրիտ» գործարանը հասել այս վիճակին: «Դրա հիման վրա 2018 թվականի հուլիսին հարուցվեց քրեական գործ: Ժամանակին բավականին մեծ դժգոհություններ կային նաև գործարանի սնանկության կառավարչի հետ կապված: Այդ դժգոհությունների արդյունքում կառավարչի վրա ևս քրեական գործ հարուցվեց: Այս երկու քրեական գործերում էլ շարժ չկա, ամեն դեպքում մենք որևէ տեղեկություն չունենք»,-եզրափակում է Կարեն Իսրայելյանը:
