2000-ականների սկզբից, երբ շրջանառության մեջ մտավ «գունավոր հեղափոխություններ» ձևակերպումը, հայաստանյան իրականության մեջ տարատեսակ քաղաքական կատարածուներ, ծաղրածուներ, անմեղսունակներ, դեղին մամուլի հոդվածագիրներ և այլ անհայտ ծագման անհատներ ու «գործիչներ» ցանկացած բողոքի ակցիայի հետևում սկսեցին տեսնել «գունավոր հեղափոխության» փորձ անողների, «մայդանիստների» և այլն: Ի սկզբանե կցանկանանք նշել, որ բացարձակապես նման իրավիճակ երբևէ չի եղել:

Ինչ խոսք, ներկայումս էլ կան տարբեր կազմակերպություններ, որոնց գործունեության առանցքը արևմտյան դրամաշնորհներն են, սակայն նախ և առաջ ասենք, որ արևմտյան դրամաշնորհների առյուծի բաժինը պատկանում է պետական կառավարման ամենավերին օղակներին: Միլիոնավոր դոլլարների հասնող դրամաշնորհներով կազմակերպվում են դասընթացներ ու թրեյնինգներ նույն ոստիկանների համար, որոնք միևնույնն է, մահակի մակարդակից վեր այդպես էլ չեն բարձրանում, միլիոնավոր դոլլարների դրամաշնորհներ են տրվում արդարադատության համակարգը բարելավելու համար, որտեղ տիրող իրավիճակը պարզ է ցանկացած քաղաքացու համար:

Սակայն Հայաստանում ներկայումս առկա վարչակարգը, լինելով ամենամեծ «գրանտակերը», առաջինն է փորձում մեղադրել այլոց «գրանտակերության» մեջ: Սա դեռ բավական չէ, վաչակարգի կատարածու լրատվամիջոցները ինտենսիվորեն տարածում են ռուսական տարբեր, սովետական պրոպագանդայի տակից այդպես էլ դուրս չեկած, լրատվամիջոցների մետաղյա ձայնով արված անդրադարձերը, այսօր առավոտյան Բաղրամյան պողոտայում տեղի ունեցած ոստիկանական «բեսպրեդելի» վերաբերյալ: Հայաստանում ոչ 1996-ին, ոչ 2004-ին, ոչ առավել ևս 2008-ին և բնականաբար, ոչ էլ ներկայումս առկա հանրային բողոքն ու բողոքի ակցիաները որևէ կապ չունեն ոչ մայդանի, ոչ ԱՄՆ կամ Արևմտյան հատուկ ծառայությունների և ոչ էլ, ընդհանրապես արտաքին ծագման այլ պատճառի հետ:

Հայաստանում առկա բարձրաձայնվող, իսկ հաճախ չբարձրաձայնվող բողոքի պատճառը միայն ու միայն առկա վարչակարգն է՝ Սերժ Սարգսյան նախագահով, Հովիկ Աբրահամյան վարչապետով, Կոստանյան դատախազով, Գալուստ Սահակյան խոսնակով և այսպես շարունակ:

Բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր չեն տեսնում այս փաստը և ավելին, փորձում են ՀՀ քաղաքացիների արդարացի ու հիմնավոր բողոքը պիտակավորել կա՛մ անմեղսունակներ են, կամ ուղղակի պետական հանցագործներ, ովքեր սերտաճելով արատավոր վարչակարգին, ամեն կերպ փորձում են պղտորել ու մրոտել երկրի հասարական- քաղաքական կյանքում ընթացող ցանկացած գործընթաց: Ի դեպ, հարկ է նաև շեշտել, որ եթե, չնայած նախկինում վարչակարգին ու նրա խամաճիկներին հաջողվում էր նմանօրինակ մանիպուլյացիաներ կիրառել, ապա այսօր նման հնարավորությունը հետզհետե նվազում է, քանի որ օբյեկտիվորեն Հայաստանում ձևավորվում է նոր որակի ու մակարդակի քաղաքացիություն և այս գործընթացը անկասելի ու անշրջելի է, քանի որ այն ցանկացած հասարակության զարգացման անբաժանելի մասն է:
