Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը որպես հաստատված փաստ ներկայացնում է ակնհայտ սուտ տեղեկություններ. Արսեն Բաբայան
POLITICSԱրդեն անհանդուրժելի են դառնում գործադիր իշխանության ղեկավար Փաշինյանի կողմից տարածվող #ՍՏԵՐԸ, որոնք արդեն նա հասցրել է Գերմանիա։ Դրանք պետք է հերքվեն հենց անձամբ Փաշինյանի կողմից, որի առնչությամբ պլանավորում եմ սկսել իրավական գործընթաց։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ԱԺ աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի նախկին տեղակալ Արսեն Բաբայանը՝ անդրադառնալով վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոսքին «Ֆրիդրիխ Էբերտ» հիմնադրամում կազմակերպված քննարկման ժամանակ։
Գրառման մեջ մասնավորապես ասվում է․ «Վարչապետ Փաշինյանն այս անգամ էլ Գերմանիայում խախտեց իմ անմեղության կանխավարկածը՝ ինձ վերաբերվող քրեական գործից ներկայացնելով ակնհայտ #ՍՈՒՏ տեղեկություններ:
Այսպես, վարչապետ Փաշինյանն իր գերմանական հարցուպատասխանում որպես հաստատված փաստ ներկայացնում է ակնհայտ սուտ տեղեկություններ.
#ՍՈՒՏ 1․ Փաշինյանը հայտնում է, թե իբր Գագիկ Հարությունյանն իր հրաժարականի դիմումը գրել է մարտի 5-ին։
Այնինչ` քրեական գործի նյութերով հաստատվել է, որ հրաժարականի դիմումը ստորագրել է մարտի 1-ին:
#ՍՈՒՏ 2․ Իբր Գագիկ Հարությունյանի հրաժարականն արձանագրվել է ավելի շուտ, մարտի 2-ին։ Սա, իբր, արվել է այն բանի համար, իբր՝ եթե այն արձանագրվեր մարտի 5-ին, ապա հնարավոր չէր լինի գործող Սահմանադրությամբ ընտրել ՍԴ նախագահ, որը կպաշտոնավարեր 18 տարի ժամկետով։
Այնինչ՝ քրեական գործի նյութերով հաստատվել է, որ գործընթացն ԱԺ-ում իրականացվել է հենց գործող Սահմանադրությանը և օրենսդրությանը համապատասխան, այն է՝ ամբողջ գործընթացները կազմակերպվել են այնպես, որն, իբր, գործող օրենդրության շրջանցելով արվել։
Ուստի՝ «մարտի 2 - մարտի 5» համառորեն առաջ տարվող տեսությունը ոչ միայն իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում, այլ նաև անտրամաբանական է ու հակաբանական։
#ՍՈՒՏ 3․ Սահմանադրական դատարանի օկուպացիա ասելով հենց սա նկատի ունեմ։
Այնինչ՝ երկու օր առաջ գլխավոր դատախազությունը վերադադրձնելով քրեական գործը քննիչին ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատել է, որ օկուպացիա (իշխանության յուրացում) տեղի չի ունեցել։
#ՍՈՒՏ 4․ Իբր Գագիկ Հարությունյանը հրաժարական է տվել ինչ-որ սխեմայում դեր ունենալու համար...
Այնինչ` քրեական գործով ապացուցված է, որ Գագիկ Հարությունյանը հրաժարական տվել է միայն մեկ պատճառով` հավակնել է ԲԴԽ նախագահի պաշտոնին, որը կազմավորվում էր հենց այդ ժամանակ։
Այսպիսով, արդեն անհանդուրժելի են դառնում գործադիր իշխանության ղեկավար Փաշինյանի կողմից տարածվող #ՍՏԵՐԸ, որոնք արդեն նա հասցրել է Գերմանիա։ Դրանք պետք է հերքվեն հենց անձամբ Փաշինյանի կողմից, որի առնչությամբ պլանավորում եմ սկսել իրավական գործընթաց։
Լրագրողներին տեղեկացնում եմ, որ առաջիկա օրերին, հաշվի առնելով նաև դատախազության հայտարարությունը, պլանավորում եմ ինձ վերաբերվող քրեական գործի առնչությամբ հրավիրել երկրորդ մամուլի ասուլիսը»։
