Պետերբուրգում շտապօգնության բժիշկը մեղադրվում է տարեց հային ծեծի ենթարկելու մեջ: Արդյունքում տարեց տղամարդուն մեկ այլ մեքենայով տեղափոխել են վնասվածքաբանության բաժանմունք, հաղորդում է «Ֆոնտանկա»-ն:

 

Թոշակառուի կինը թերթին պատմել է, որ իր ամուսինը՝ 76-ամյա Ժոռա Միրզոյանը, նախկինում կաթված է ստացել եւ առիթմիա ուներ: Հունվարի 9-ի առավոտյան նրա ինքնազգացողությունը վատացել է, ճնշումը հասել է մինչեւ 190, շնչահեղձություն է սկսվել: Ամուսինները շտապօգնություն են կանչել եւ բժիշկներին հայտնել, որ կգնան միայն Ստարոռուսկայա 3 հասցեում գտնվող պատերազմի վետերանների հոսպիտալ: Կնոջ խոսքով՝ Միրզոյանին բուժօգնություն չեն ցուցաբերել, սակայն հրավիրել են նստել մեքենան: Երբ ճանապարհին վարորդը այլ ուղղություն է վերցրել` ուղեւորվելով այլ հիվանդանոց, հիվանդը զայրացել է եւ սկսել հարվածել պատուհանին: Մեքենան կանգ է առել, բժիշկ Բոնդարեւը դուրս է եկել մեքենայի առաջամասից, հետաքրքրվել՝ ինչ է պատահել: Կոնկրետ կլինիկա տեղափոխելու հիվանդի պահանջին բժիշկը պատասխանել է՝ «ուր ուզեմ, այնտեղ էլ կտանեմ»: Թոշակառուն փորձել է դուրս գալ մեքենայից, սակայն Բոնդարեւը փորձել է ուժով կանգնեցնել նրան:  

 

«Նա բռնեց ամուսնուս կոկորդից, փակեց բերանն ու սկսեց խեղդել: Ես սկսեցի գոռալ: Բժիշկը հարվածեց ամուսնուս քթին: Արյուն հոսեց: Ես ցանկանում էի նրանց միջեւ կանգնել, սակայն բուժքույրը ինձ հրեց եւ ձեռքերս մեջքիս հետեւում պահեց»,- պատմել է տուժածի կինը:

 

Բուժքույրը փորձել է կանգնեցնել տուժածի քթի արնահոսությունը, որից հետո տարեց ամուսիններին բաց են թողել: Ամուսինները դիմել են ոտիկանություն, որտեղից նրանց տեղափոխել են վնասվածքաբանության բաժանմունք: Այնտեղ տղամարդուն հետազոտել են եւ քթին կարեր դրել:

 

Ինչպես նշում է թերթը, Պետերբուրգի Նեւսկու շրջանի վարչակազմը միջադեպի առիթով ստուգումներ է անցկացնում։ Շտապօգնության բժիշկ Իվան Բոնդարեւը հերքում է, որ ուժ է գործադրել։ Ինչպես պատմել են շրջանային ադմինիստրացիայում, կանչով Պոդվոյսկու փողոց ժամանած բծիշկը բացատրել է, որ մեքենայում թոշակառուն սկսել է հոխորտալ։Նա ցանկացել է, որ իրեն պատերազմի վետերանների հոսպիտալ տանեն, սակայն տարել են Ալեքսանդրովյան հիվանդանոց։

 

«Նախնական տվյալներով, որոնք մենք ստուգում ենք, բուժաշխատողները ցանկացել են Միրզոյանին բացատրել, որ իրենք չեն ձեւավորում երթուղին, սակայն պացիենտն իրեն ոչ ադեկվատ է պահել եւ գլխով հարվածել է Բոնդարեւի դեմքին։ Ընդ որում, իր քիթն էլ է վնասել։ Ինչ վերաբերում է բժշկին, նա եւս վնասվածքներ է ստացել եւ գտնվում է ստացիոնար բուժման մեջ»,- պատմել է Նեւսկու շրջանի վարչակազմի տեղեկատվական բաժնի պետ Անաստասիա Շուբենկոն։

 

Նա նաեւ նշել է, որ Իվան Բոնդարեւը գերազանց վարկանիշ ունի, բժիշկը բազմիցս մարդկանց կյանքեր է փրկել։
