Նախատոնական ու հետտոնական շրջաններըճիշտ կազմակերպելուդեպքում հնարավոր է խուսափել տարատեսակ սթրեսային վիճակներից։ Հոգեբան Խաչիկ Գասպարյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում մատնանշել է այն գործոնների մասին, որոնք անհրաժեշտ է գիտակցել, հասկանալ, որոնց օգնությամբ հնարավոր է տարանջատել կարևորն անկարևորից:

«Ամանորի ամբողջ հմայքը, տոնակատարությունների շարքը կարող են դրական սթրեսների աղբյուր լինել: Ընդհանրապես Ամանորը մի հետաքրքիր առաձնահատկություն ունի․ մարդիկ փորձում են ամփոփել տարին, վերլուծել դրականը, փորձում են նոր պլաններ մշակել։ Վերլուծելով նախորդ տարին՝ մարդիկ երբեմն նախորդ տարվա նպատակները կարող են չիրականացած համարել: Սա էլ իր հերթին կարող է բացասական զգացումներ փոխանցել։ Առհասարակ, Ամանորը նախորդ տարին ամփոփելու, վերլուծելու ու բաց թողնված հնարավորությունները հասկանալու ժամանակահատված է, և սա է պատճառը, որ մարդիկ կարևորում են այն»,-ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը:

Հոգեբանը մի հանգամանք էլ առանձնացրեց. 

«Փոքր տարիքից երեխաների մոտ ձևավորվում են սպասելիքներ, որոնց մեջ որոշակի հեքիաթային էլեմենտներ կան, բայց այդ հեքիաթն ամբողջ կյանքում շարունակվում է: 

Եթե փոքր տարիքում հեքիաթի մեջ առանձնակի տեղ ունի նվերների սպասումը, մեծ տարիքում այդ սպասումն ավելի շատ ակնկալիքների ու նպատակների տեսքով է: Սրանք ևս սթրեսային ապրումներ ունենալու պատճառներ կարող են հանդիսանալ»:

 

 Խաչիկ Գասպարյանը նշեց, որ մարդիկ պատրաստ են երբեմն ներդնել բոլոր ռեսուրսները, որպեսզի տոնն ուղեկցվի դրական հույզեր առաջացնող երևույթներով, որոնց թվում են տոնակատարությունները, գեղեցիկ զարդարանքները և այլն: 

Եվ այդ առումով մարդիկ հաճախ դուրս են գալիս իրենց հնարավորությունների սահմաններից: 

Բացի այդ, առկա են տարատեսակ մրցակցային երևույթներ՝ ապրել ոչ թե սեփական ուրախության, այլ ինչ-որ մեկի հետ մրցակցելու համար: 

Սա նույնպես կարող է դառնալ սթրեսի պատճառ, քանի որ այդ մրցավազքի մեջ կարող ենք սպառել ավելին, քան ունեինք։ Այս պարագայում ևս չեն բացառվում հոգեբանական խնդիրները»:

«Պետք է հետևում թողնել բոլոր անախորժությունները, դժվարությունները, որովհետև կյանքում չենք կարող միայն դրական երևույթների սպասել: 

Բացի այդ, պետք է ազատվել անցյալի բեռից, փորձել տեսնել այն դրականը, որը շրջապատում է մեզ: Միմյանց  նկատմամբ բարյացակամ վերաբերմունք պետք է ունենանք:

Նոր տարին նոր երջանկության սկիզբ կարող է լինել: Ես կուզենայի, որ մեր հայրենակիցները 

Նոր տարվա շեմին ունենան միայն դրական ակնկալիքներ: 

Մարդիկ պետք է իրենց մեջ դրական ուժ գտնեն, դրական սպասելիքներ ձևավորեն: Յուրաքանչյուր նոր տարի նոր բանի սկիզբ է, և այն կարող է հնարավորություն ստեղծել»,-եզրափակեց հոգեբանը:
