Գեղարքունիքի մարզում ողբերգական վթարից մահացած երկու 18-ամյա երիտասարդները Ներքին Գետաշենի բնակիչներ էին, դեկտեմբերին զորակոչվելու էին զինծառայության: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնեց Ներքին Գետաշենի գյուղապետ Կարո Գեւորգյանը:
«Տղաները համադասարանցի ընկերներ էին, նրանք դեկտեմբերին զորակոչվելու էին: Վթարի պատճառը հայտնի չէ, հնարավոր է մթության կամ արագության պատճառով է եղել, դեռ չգիտենք հստակ»,- ասաց նա` հավելելով, թե տեղյակ չէ, արդյոք ղեկին եղած երիտասարդն ունեցել է վարորդական վկայական, թե ոչ:
Գյուղապետը հայտնեց, որ վթարի հետեւանքով վիրավորների կյանքին վտանգ չի սպառնում:
Կարո Գեւորգյանը նաեւ հայտնեց, որ մահացած երիտասարդներից մեկն ու վիրավորներից մեկը միմյանց հարազատներ են:
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Գեղարքունիքի մարզում, այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 19-ին, ողբերգական ավտովթար-հրդեհ է տեղի ունեցել. ժամը 02:50-ի սահմաններում Opel Vectra մակնիշի 35 QՏ 313 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը Մադանա գյուղից դեպի Վերին Գետաշեն գյուղ տանող ճանապարհահատվածում դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթեւեկելի գոտուց, բախվել բետոնե արգելապատնեշին, առաջ ընթանալով, մի քանի պտույտ գլորվելով՝ բախվել ապառաժ քարերին եւ հայտնվել ձորակում:
Shamshyan.com-ի հաղորդմամբ, բախման հետեւանքով ավտոմեքենայում հրդեհ է բռնկվել: Վթարի հետեւանքով ավտոմեքենայում գտնվող Ներքին Գետաշեն գյուղի բնակիչներ, 18-ամյա Դավիթ Ղալաչյանը, 18-ամյա Գարիկ Հակոբյանը եւ 17-ամյա Արսեն Սեդրակյանը մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են «Մարտունի» բժշկական կենտրոն, իսկ Ներքին Գետաշեն գյուղի բնակիչ, 18-ամյա Մովսես Խաչատրյանը, ում մարմինը հրշեջներն ու փրկարարները հայտնաբերել են ավտոմեքենայից մոտ 30 մետր հեռավորության վրա կիսամոխրացած վիճակում, տեղում մահացել է:
Մինչ քննչական խումբը դեպքի վայրում զննություն էր կատարում, հիվանդանոցից ահազանգ ստացվեց, որ վիրավորներից Դ. Ղալաչյանը գիտակցության չգալով՝ մահացել է:
Փաստի առթիվ ավագ քննիչ Մանուկյանի որոշմամբ ՀՀ քր օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են վարորդի ինքնությունը:
