«Բարի Սամարացի» գործարանում նույն միջավայրն ու գործընթացն է, որը կիրառվում է Եվրոպայում

«Բարի Սամարացի» ընկերությունում պարբերաբար ստուգայցեր են լինում, բայց, անկախ դրանցից, ընկերությունը միշտ էլ առավելապես կարևորում է ներքին վերահսկողությունը, չէ որ հենց դրա շնորհիվ է սպառողներին անվտանգ և որակյալ սնունդ մատակարարվում:
Ընկերության մսամթերքի արտադրամասում սարքերի լվացումը և ախտահանումը ամենօրյա պարտադիր աշխատանք է:
Օրերս «Բարի Սամարացի» ընկերություն էին այցելել սննդի գիտության և տեխնոլոգիաների հայկական միավորման անդամներն իրենց արտասահմանցի գործընկերների՝ հիգիենիկ ինժեներիայի և դիզայնի եվրոպական խմբի՝ EHEDG-ի փորձագետների հետ:
Սննդի գիտության և տեխնոլոգիաների հայկական միավորման ներկայացուցիչ Կարինե Գրիգորյանն ասում է՝ իրենք կազմակերպել են դասընթաց, որը վերաբերում է հիգիենայի հիմունքների ներդրմանը մսի վերամշակման ոլորտում:
«Հրավիրել ենք մասնագետներ արտասահմանից՝ Ավստրիայից և Խորվաթիայից:
Դասընթացի գործնական մասն անցկացնում ենք «Բարի Սամարացի» ընկերությունում, քանի որ նախ այն 10 տարի է այս կազմակերպության անդամ է, բացի դա, ընդգրկված է արտասահմանում մսի հիգիենային վերաբերող աշխատանքային խմբի մեջ»,-ասում է Գրիգորյանը:
Զագրեբի համալսարանի դասախոս Հելդա Սեգիչը ասում է` ընկերություն այցի նպատակն է ներկայացնել այն համակարգը, որում նա աշխատում է:
«Դասընթացներ ենք կազմակերպում և դրանց շրջանակում պետք է հասկանանք, թե ինչ ուղենիշներով և ռեսուրսներով ենք աշխատում:
«Բարի Սամարացիի» արտադրամասում նույն միջավայրը, սարքավորումներն ու գործընթացն է, որը կիրառում ենք Եվրոպայում: Անգամ աշխատակիցների համազգեստն է համապատասխան: Ամեն ինչ իր տեղում է»,-ասում է դասախոսը:
Ընկերություն այցի նպատակը նաև HACCP համակարգի ներկայացումն է: Ըստ ընդունված օրենքի՝ Հայաստանում արտադրության բոլոր տեսակներում պետք է գործի որակի կառավարման այդ համակարգը:
Համակարգը թույլ է տալու նախապես վերլուծել վտանգները և կանխարգելել դրանք:
«Բարի Սամարացի» գործարանը որակի կառավարման և սանիտարահիգիենիկ մաքրման գործնական օրինակ է նաև պետական վերահսկողական կառույցի համար:
Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի Երևանի կենտրոնի առաջին բաժնի պետ Մանուել Մելիքյանը նշում է` գործարանն ունի բավականին բարձրակարգ արտադրամասեր:
«Թե՛ սանիտարահիգիենիկ, թե՛ մյուս չափանիշներից ելնելով՝ կարելի է նշել, որ բավականին բարձր մակարդակի արտադրություն է այստեղ:
Նպատակը HACCP համակարգի ներդրումն է Հայաստանի տարբեր արտադրողների, այդ թվում՝ մսամթերք արտադրողների մոտ, ինչը խթան կհանդիսանա սննդի անվտանգության չափանիշները բարձրացնելու համար»,-ընդգծում է Մելիքյանը:
