POLITICSԱշխաբադում հոկտեմբերի 10-ին տեղի է ունեցել Անկախ պետությունների համագործակցության արտգործնախարարների խորհրդի նիստը, որում Հայաստանի պատվիրակությունը գլխավորել է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության լրատվության և հանրային դիվանագիտության վարչությունից։
«Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվեցին ԱՊՀ շրջանակներում փոխգործակցության հետագա զարգացման, ինչպես նաև կառույցի արդյունավետության բարձրացման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկվելիք քայլերին առնչվող հարցեր:
Ի թիվս այլ հարցերի՝ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն իր խոսքում հանգամանալից ներկայացրեց նաև ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի սկզբունքային դիրքորոշումը և մոտեցումները, որում հայկական կողմի առաջնային գերակայություններն են Արցախի անվտանգության և կարգավիճակի հարցերը: Վերահաստատելով Հայաստանի հանձնառությունը՝ հիմնախնդրի բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորմանը՝ ԱԳ նախարարն ընդգծեց, որ խաղաղ գործընթացի հաջող զարգացման համար անհրաժեշտ է, որ բանակցությունները չդիտարկվեն որպես առավելապաշտական մոտեցումների առաջմղման և պարտադրման միջոց։ Այս համատեքստում ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարն անդրադարձ կատարեց նաև խաղաղ գործընթացում պարտավորությունների համաչափության ապահովման անհրաժեշտությանը:
Նիստի արդյունքներով ԱԳ նախարարներն ընդունեցին ԱՊՀ անդամ պետությունների արտաքին գործերի գերատեսչությունների միջև համագործակցության ակտիվացմանը միտված գործողությունների ծրագիրը, մի շարք փաստաթղթեր, որոնք կկանոնակարգեն մասնակից պետությունների փոխգործակցությունը հումանիտար ոլորտում, թմրանյութերի տարածման հակազդման, տեղեկատվական անվտանգության ապահովման և այլ բնագավառներում:
ԱԳ նախարարների կողմից ընդունվեց համատեղ հայտարարություն՝ ի աջակցություն տիեզերքում սպառազինությունների մրցավազքի կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ գործնական քայլերի, ինչպես նաև հավանություն տրվեց Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմում հաղթանակի 75-ամյակի կապակցությամբ ուղերձի նախագծին, որի ընդունումը նախատեսված է հոկտեմբերի 11-ին կայանալիք ԱՊՀ գագաթաժողովին:
ԱՊՀ ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդին որոշում կայացվեց հաջորդ նիստն անց կացնել Ղազախստանում 2020թ ապրիլի 3-ին»,- նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
