Իշխանությունն ամեն ինչ արեց, որ այլեւս մեքենա չկարողանանք վաճառել ղազախներին ու ռուսներին. ահազանգ
POLITICSՕրեր առաջ կառավարությունը որոշում ընդունեց փոփոխություններ անել ավտոմեքենաների հաշվառման հետ կապված որոշման մեջ, ըստ որի, այլեւս ԵԱՏՄ երկրների քաղաքացիները չեն կարող մինչ այժմ կիրառվող տարբերակով ավտոմեքենա գրանցել։ Եթե նախկինում ժամանակավոր գրանցման հիման վրա արագ մեքենան գնում էին, կանգնեցնում հաշվառման եւ երկրից դուրս հանում, ապա հիմա պետք է կամ տրանզիտ համարներով դուրս հանեն, կամ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կացության քարտ ունենան, որպեսզի հայկական համարներով դուրս հանեն ու չմաքսազերծեն, իսկ տրանզիտ համարներով դուրս բերելու դեպքում ստիպված են լինելու մաքսազերծել։

«Հարգելի քաղաքացիներ, մեքենա վաճառելու ոսկե դարն ավարտվեց: Պետական այրերն ամեն ինչ արեցին դրա համար: Ոնց հասկացա, թքած ունեն, մեր վրա էլ, մեր ավտոների էլ, բյուջե մտնող, չմտնող փողերի էլ: Առաջնայինը ՀՔԲ–ի հերթերը վերացնելն էր, որ ասեն՝ ոստիկանությունը աշխատում է: Մազերը կտրելու տեղը գլուխները կտրեցին, ու վերջ: Հիմա էլ կիսատ–պռատ հերքումներ են տարածում պաշտոնական կայքերում, որը նման է խփել փախնելուն, խփել թաքնվելուն: Աստված տա՝ ամսի 5–ին ամեն ինչ առաջվա պես լինի, այլապես ասեմ՝ հետևանքները ինչ է լինելու: Ամսի 5–ից Հայաստանից տրանզիտ համարներով տարած ավտոները հետ են բերելու անտեղյակները, իսկ տեղյակները չեն տանելու ու վերջ: Իրենց երկրում միայն 2017-2018 թիվ ավտոները կարող են հաշվառել տրանզիտի դեպքում։ Դա Ղազախները, բա որ չեչեններն ու դագերն ու օսեթները սկսեցին հետ բերել ավտոները...: Ոստիկանությունը լիքը գործ կունենա, պարապ չի մնա, հաստատ ասածս ուժի մեջ է, ավտոները ամսի 5–ից հետո Հայաստան մի մտցրեք, կասեմ՝ ոնց ծախեք, տարեք Կիև, տարեք Ռուսթավի, կծախվի, չկասկածեք, ուկրաինացիք, մոլդովացիք, ազերիները խնդրում են, կառնեն։
Նախկինում դրսի մարդկանց ավտո ծախելիս միայն փաստացի գրանցման տեղեկանք էին բերում ու վերջ, հիմա կամ կացության քարտ, որ ԱԳ նախարարությունն ու ՕՎԻՐՆ են տալիս ու ոչ բոլորին, 3 ամսում ու արժե 130 000 դրամ, կամ տալիս են տրանզիտ համարներ դուրս տանողներին, իսկ իրենց երկրում մինչեւ մաքսազերծման տարբերությունը չմուծեն չեն կարող հաշվառման կանգնեցնել, համար հանել, այսքանը, Էլ ղազախ, ռուս, չեչենին ավտո չեք կարողանալու վաճառել»։
