SOCIETYԱռողջապահության նախարարության այսօրվա որոշումն ուղղակի տարակուսանք, զարմանք, ափսոսանք, հիասթափություն, զայրույթ է առաջացնում: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Եվրոպայի ուռուցքաբանության միության Հայաստանում ներկայացուցիչ, Արյունաբանական կենտրոնի ուռուցքաբանության կլինիկայի ղեկավար, հայտնի ոռուցքաբան Դավիթ Զոհրաբյանը՝ արձագանքելով Ուռուցքաբանության Ազգային Կենտրոնի տնօրեն Արմեն Հովհաննեսի Տանանյանի պաշտոնից հեռացմանը:

«Այսօր Ուռուցքաբանության Ազգային Կենտրոնի տնօրեն Արմեն Հովհաննեսի Տանանյանն առանց որևէ հիմնավորման հեռացվեց պաշտոնից։ Մարդ ուղղակի կույր պետք է լինի, որպեսզի չտեսնի, նրա ղեկավարման տարիներին, թե ինչ ահռելի փոփոխություններ տեղի ունեցան պետական նշանակության այս կառույցում․․․ Շատերը չէին պատկերացնում, որ հնարավոր է այս կառույցը ընկած վիճակից, հոգեվարքից փրկել և հանել ճահճից։
Պարոն Տանանյանին հաջողվեց չնչին պետական ֆինանսավորմամբ հանդերձ գտնել միջոցներ ոտքի կանգնեցնել այս անհուսալի վախճանման գնացող հիվանդանոցը։ Ազգաբնակչության մեջ բնական է, որ կան բողոքողներ, դժգոհողներ այս հիվանդանոցում մատուցված բուժօգնությունից, սակայն քչերն են ունակ պատկերացնել ու ընդունել այն փաստը, որ ունենալով շատ սուղ միջոցներ, շաաաատ սուղ, իրենք ստացել են անհամարժեք շատ ավելի լավ բուժում․․․
Նույնն է, թե մարդու տաս 4 անիվ ու մի «ժեշտի» կտոր և պահանջես, որ նա դրանից Mercedes S class-ի ավտոմեքենա սարքի․․․ և հետո մեղադրես, որ ինքը կարողացել է ստանալ ընդամենը 06․․․ Մտածող մարդու մոտ հարց կառաջանա ոչ թե, թե ինչու՞ չի Mercedes-ը սարքել, այլ, թե ինչպե՞ս է կարողացել 06 սարքել այդ «ժեշտից»․․․ Հավատացեք, որ նույնն Ուռուցքաբանության Ազգային Կենտրոնին է վերաբերում․․․ Արմեն Հովհաննեսովիչին հաջողվել էր անհնարինն անել։ Թվում էր, թե պետք է գնահատել, գովել, օրինակ բերել, խրախուսել, բայց արի ու տես, որ եղավ լրիվ հակառակը։ Հեռացվեց պաշտոնից ուռուցքաբանության լավագույն կազմակերպիչը, ոլորտի գիտակը, ով շատ լավ գիտի խնդիրները և դրանց լուծումները․․․ Ես անձամբ գիտեմ ու տեսել եմ, թե ինչ եռանդով, էնտուզիազմով, ոգևորությամբ ու սիրով էր ձեռնամուխ լինում անլուծելի թվացող ահռելի խնդիրների լուծմանը․․․ Հուսամ մոտ ապագայում պետությունը կվերանայի իր որոշումը, ու արժանվույն գնահատելով կօգտագործի պարոն Տանանյանի ուղեղը, ուժը, կամքը, կազմակերպչական կարողությունները, խարիզման և Մարդ լինելը !!!»:
