Tert.am Life-ը դերասանուհու հետ զրուցել է մարզվելու, մոտիվացիայի և սննդակարգ պահել-չպահելու մասին։

«Մարզասրահում ստաբիլ մարզումներս սկսել եմ մեկ տարի առաջ, սակայն մինչ այդ էլ տան պայմաններում որոշ վարժություններ թեկուզ 20 րոպեով արել եմ։ Մարզվելուս դրդապատճառը միայն ցանկությունս է եղել՝ այնպես չէ, որ օրինակ գեր եմ եղել և նիհարելու խիստ կարիք զգացել։ Անկեղծ, ինձ դժվար չի եղել սկսելը, քանի որ միշտ սիրել եմ տարատեսակ մարզումներ, ուղղակի մինչ այդ չէի կարողանում մարզասրահ գնալուն ժամանակ տրամադրել, սակայն հիմա մարզասրահ գնալը կանոնի նման բան է դարձել»,- ասաց դերասանուհին։

 

Ըստ Օլյայի՝ ինքը բացի այն, որ խստապահանջ է իր հանդեպ, նաև իրեն դժվար է գոհացնելը․ «Ես երբեք լիովին գոհ չեմ լինում՝ ընդ որում ոչ մի ասպարեզում։ Ես միշտ մտածում եմ, որ դեռ քիչ է, վատ է, պետք է ավելիին ձգտել, բայց, միևնույն ժամանակ, ինձ համար մոտիվացիա է լինում, երբ դրական կարծիքներ եմ լսում։ Եթե սկսում եմ մի նոր բան, ապա պետք է լսեմ գովեստի խոսքեր՝ դրանից մոտիվացվում եմ, չնայաշ եթե անգամ դա բացայի էլ՝ հոգ չէ, ուղղակի դա հաճելի է։ Իմ «ես»-ի հանդեպ անչափ խստապահանջ եմ, բայց եթե ուրիշից քննադատություն լսեմ, ապա հակառակվելու բնավորությունը մեջս գլուխ է բարձրացնում։»,- ասաց Օլյան։

Դերասանուհու խոսքով՝ ինքը համեղ ուտել սիրում է, սակայն երբ պետք է՝ կարողանում է հետևողական լինել սննդակարգի հանդեպ։

«Անկեղծ ասեմ, սիրում եմ համեղ ուտել և հիմնականում ինձ չեմ զրկում, բայց եղել են շրջաններ, երբ սնվել եմ հատուկ կարգով՝ հանգիստ ստացվում է մոտս։ Քաղցրեղենից մի քանի բան կա, որոնց հանդեմ ես անզոր եմ»,- ասաց դերասանուհին։

Ինչ վերաբերում է սեփական օրինակով մոտիվացնելուն՝ Օլյան ասաց․ «Ես հասկանում եմ, երբ ասում են ժամանակ չկա, որ գուցե մարզադահլիճ գնալու հնարավորություն չկա, բայց դժվար է հավատել։ Կոչ եմ անում բազմոցին նստած համացանցում ժամանակ անցկացնելու ընդամենը 30 րոպեն աղջիկներ տրամադրեն սեփական մարմինը գեղեցկացնելուն։ Կան բազմաթիվ հոլովակներ և ես ինքս էլ սկսել եմ նմանատիպ տեսանյութերի շարք անել, որը հնարավոր է իրականացնել տան պայմաններում»։
