ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․

«Այսօր խորհրդարանում դեսպանները հանդիպել են պատգամավորների հետ և քննարկել խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության խնդիրները: Զարմանալի էր արտաքին գործերի նախարարի շեփորային ելույթը այս մեկուկես տարվա ընթացքում խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության «աննախադեպ նվաճումների» մասին:

Հարգելի՛ պարոն նախարար, իշխանափոխությունից հետո Հայաստանը ոչ մի դիվանագիտական նվաճում չի արձանագրել առհասարակ, ուր մնաց՝ խորհրդարանական ասպարեզում: Խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության գուցե միակ «նվաճումը» անթիվ-անհամար-անիմաստ գործուղումներն են, որոնց վրա առաջին կիսամյակում արդեն ծախսվել է տարեկան բյուջեով հաստատված ամբողջ գումարը, և կառավարությունը կրկին հսկայական միջոցներ է տրամադրել խորհրդարանին՝ այդ վոյաժները շարունակելու համար:

Ի՞նչն եք համարում խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության նվաճում: Այն, որ ջանասիրաբար copy-paste են արվում դեռևս մեր ժամանակ մշակված տեքստե՞րը: Այն, որ բացառապես շարունակվում են դեռևս մեր օրոք հիմնադրված տարբեր ձևաչափերն ու ֆորմատնե՞րը։ Թե՞ այն, որ հսկայական ջանքերի շնորհիվ տարբեր վեհաժողովներում կարողանում եք միայն պահպանել Արցախի հետ կապված ձևակերպումները, որոնք մեր օրոք այլևս սովորական էին և կրկին մեր ձեռքբերումներն էին:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ խոսում էր խուսանավելու քաղաքականությունը դիրքորոշում հայտնելու քաղաքականությամբ փոխարինելու մասին: Ո՞րն էր խուսանավելու քաղաքականությունը: Այն, որ Հայաստանը ՀԱՊԿ անդամ էր և ՆԱՏՕ-ի հե՞տ էր նաև համագործակցում, թե՞ որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ լինելով նաև Եվրոպական Միության հետ ուներ համաձայնագիր:

Ի դեպ, խուսանավելու մասին. Զելենսկուն ուկրաիներեն շնորհավորանքներ գրելուն զուգահեռ հարցրեք վարչապետին թող պատասխանի. Ղրիմը վերջիվերջո Ռուսաստանի՞նն է, թե՞ Ուկրաինայինը:

Հայաստանում իշխանափոխությունից հետո մի քանի անգամ ասել եմ, որ այսպես կոչված հեղափոխությունը այդպես էլ չի կապիտալիզացվել արտաքին քաղաքական ոլորտի և ոչ մի ուղղությամբ. ո՛չ ռուսական, ո՛չ եվրասիական, ո՛չ եվրոպական, ո՛չ ամերիկյան և ոչ էլ հարևանների հետ տարվող քաղաքականության շրջանակներում:

Լավ է, որ խորհրդարանում այսօր խմբակցություններից մեկի ղեկավարը կրկնեց իմ այդ թեզերը:

Ցավոք, ինքս եմ ականատես եղել, թե այդ անթիվ-անհամար վոյաժների շրջանակներում ինչպես է պահում իրեն Հայաստանի խորհրդարանական պատվիրակությունը, կամ ավելի ճիշտ կլինի ասել՝ ինչպես իրեն չի պահում:

Պատկերացնում եմ այդ հանդիպմանը ներկա դեսպանների քմծիծաղը, որոնցից շատերն արդեն առերեսվել են նոր խորհրդարանի ներկայացուցիչների սկանդալային արկածների հետ տարբեր երկրներում:
Իրավիճակը դեռ փրկում են մի քանի փորձառու պատգամավորներ, բայց այսպիսի պատկերացումներով, այսպիսի զինանոցով երկար ձգել չե՛ք կարող, պարոնայք:
