Դիետա՝ զբաղված մարդկանց համար

«Շատերն արդարացնում են իրենց գիրությունը զբաղվածությամբ և դիետիկ ուտեստներ պատրաստելու ժամանակ չունենալով»,- գրում է Dieta.ru-ն։
 

 

Սակայն գոյություն ունի նաեւ դիետա զբաղված մարդկանց համար։ Ըստ էության, դիետան քաշ կորցնելու միջոց է հենց ամենազբաղված մարդկանց համար։ Չէ՞ որ գործունեության ակտիվ տեսակներն ավելի շատ ժամանակ են պահանջում, քան սննդային սահմանափակումները։

 

Որպես կանոն՝ զբաղված մարդիկ քաշ են հավաքում հետևյալ պատճառներով․
 

 

ա) ժամանակ չունենալով երկար ծամել ցածր կալորեականությամբ աղցաններն ու մրգերը՝ նրանք նախընտրում են արագ ուտել ճարպոտ և հագեցնող մթերքներ։
 

 

բ) զբաղված մարդիկ հաճախ սթրես են տանում, իսկ հոգեբանական եւ հուզական ծանրաբեռնվածությունից ազատվելու ամենաարագ միջոցը խոհանոցն է։
 

 

գ) նրանք հաճախ են մեկնում գործուղումների, ներկա գտնվում տարատեսակ ընդունելությունների եւ ռեստորաններում լուծում գործնական հարցերը, ինչն էլ իր հետևանքն է թողնում օրգանիզմի վրա։
 

 

դ) Հաճախ օրական 12-16 ժամ նստած անցկացնելով՝ զբաղված մարդիկ շատ ցածր կալորեականության կարիք են զգում, ուստի քաշ են հավաքում նույնիսկ շատ քիչ սնվելիս։

 

Ուստի զբաղված մարդիկ պետք է հաշվարկեն իրենց սննդակարգի կալորեականությունը, հնարավորինս բացառեն ճարպոտ, ալյուրոտ և քաղցր ուտեստները։ Սննդակարգում պետք է ներառել հնարավորինս շատ բանջարեղեն ու մրգեր, պետք է աշխատել նաեւ բացառել բարձր կալորեականությամբ ըմպելիքները։
 

 

Այս կանոնները գործնականում կիրառելու համար վերցրեք թուղթ ու գրիչ եւ 10-15 րոպե տրամադրեք դիետայի պլան կազմելուն։ Հնարավոր է՝ ձեզ համար լավագույն լուծումը համացանցային խանութներն են, առավել ևս, որ դրանցից ոմանք դիետիկ ուտեստների առաքում են առաջարկում։ Դուք կարող եք նաեւ շաբաթական 1-2 անգամ այցելել սուպերմարկետ՝ գնելով այն ամենն, ինչ անհրաժեշտ է կամ կարող եք խնդրել ձեր հարազատներից մեկին դա անել ձեր փոխարեն, եւ, ինչու ոչ, կարող եք նաեւ պատվիրել այս կամ այն սուպերմարկետից։

 

Իսկ ցածր կալորեականությամբ համեղ մթերքները շատ են՝ օրինակ լվացված և կտրատված բանջարեղեն, սառեցված ցածր կալորեականությամբ ուտեստներ, պատրաստի ապուրներ, ձու, պահածոյացված ձուկ և այլն։ Պատվիրեք ցածր կալորեականությամբ կաթնային աղանդեր ու մրգեր։

 

Ավելորդ քաշ չհավաքելու համար ռեստորանում կարելի է պատվիրել ձկնային ուտեստ՝ բանջարեղենի գարնիրով։ Կարելի է նաեւ պատվիրել մսե ուտեստ։ Մի պատվիրեք հաց եւ աղանդեր։

 

Աշխատեք հնարավորինս ձեռնպահ մնալ ալկոհոլից, սակայն ամեն դեպքում, եթե կորոշեք խմել, ապա բարձր կալորեականությունը կարելի է կրճատել՝ ըմպելիքին խառնելով ցածր կալորեականությամբ գազավորված ըմպելիք կամ լոլիկի հյութ։
