Վանաձորի քաղաքապետ Սամվել Դարբինյանը մամուլով հերքել է երեկ հորեղբոր որդու՝ Վիկտոր Դարբինյանի՝ լրատվական միջոցներով տարածած հայտարարությունները՝ կապված Վանաձորում առաջիկա ուղևորափոխադրումների մրցույթում քաղաքապետի ու նրա եղբոր կողմից միկրոավտոբուսային թիվ 1 երթուղին, և ընդհանրապես իր բիզնեսը ձեռքից խլելու մտահոգությունների հետ: Քաղաքապետը կեղծ է որակել ազգականի՝ իր և իր ընտանիքին ուղղված մեղադրանքները՝ ասելով. «Բացարձակ սուտ է, մենք էդ տղային երբեք ոչ տեսել, ոչ էլ խոսել ենք աշխատանքից ազատվելուց հետո: Ես չգիտեմ էլ, որ դատախազություն է դիմել: Ինձ դատախազությունից ոչ մեկը չի զանգել, պետք է, որ ինձ զանգեին մի բան ասեին, բայց ես նման տեղեկություն չունեմ, որ դիմել է դատախազություն»,-ասել է Սամվել Դարբինյանը: Նաև սպառնացել է, որ սուտ մեղադրանքի համար դատի կտա Վիկտոր Դարբինյանին:

Մինչդեռ Վիկտոր Դարբինյանը հիմա էլ է պնդում իր խոսքերը («Իրենք ինձ կանչեցին իրենց մոտ և ասացին, որ այդ երթուղին պետք է լավ ձևով հանձնեմ իրենց, այսինքն՝ գրեմ մեքենաներով իրենց վրա: Այդ խոսքերն ասողը քաղաքապետի եղբայրն էր, նույնը պնդեց քաղաքապետը: Հետո շանտաժներով, սպառնալիքներով, սպառնալիքները կապված են եղել երթուղու հետ, որ ինքնակամ հանձնեմ: Դե ասում էին՝ միևնույնն է, քոնը պետք է չլինի, մենք այնպես կանենք մրցույթը չես անցնի.... և այլն), որոնց համար լուրջ հիմքեր ունի և անհերքելի ապացույցներ: Ինչ վերաբերում է մամուլում շրջանառվող լուրերին, թե Վիկտոր Դարբինյանը դատախազություն բողոք է ներկայացրել քաղաքապետի դեմ՝ վերջինիս ու նրա եղբոր կողմից իրեն ահաբեկելու՝ ուղեւորափոխադրման գործունեությունը դադարեցնելու վերաբերյալ, չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը:

Դատախազություն ուղարկած նրա գրությունը առաջիկա մրցութային գործընթացի նկատմամբ վերահսկողություն իրականացնելու խնդրանքով է եղել: Այն մակագրվել է Լոռու մարզի դատախազին, վերջինիս կողմից էլ հետագա ընթացքը լուծելու նպատակով ուղարկվել է ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչություն: Վիկտոր Դարբինյանին հրավիրել են ոստիկանություն՝ հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում տալու, բայց նա հրաժարվել է՝ մտադրվելով սպասել մինչև երթուղիների մրցույթի արդյունքների ամփոփումը: Բացի այդ, նույն՝ վերահսկողության խնդրանքով Վիկտոր Դարբինյանն առանձին դիմում է ուղարկել ՀՀ նախագահին, վարչապետին, գլխավոր դատախազին, ԱԺ պատգամավոր Էդմոն Մարուքանին՝ իր օրինակով ներկայացնելով իր և իր նման հազարավոր ՓՄՁ-ների (փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատերերի) իրական վիճակը հանրապետության համայնքներում:

«Նրանք փոխանցել են, որ եթե ինքնակամ չհանձնեմ, չհրաժարվեմ մրցույթից, ինձ պետք է պատժեն և վատ պայմանների մեջ գցեն: Բոլորն հիմքերն ունեմ կասկածելու, որ առաջիկա մրցույթը պետք է անցնի խախտումնրով և անարդար պայմաններում: Խնդրում եմ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել Վանաձորի քաղաքապետի և իր հարազատների կողմից անօրինական գործողությունները դադարեցնելու ուղղությամբ»,-նշված է Վիկտոր Դարբինյանի դիմումում:
