Ճապոնիան՝ «ամենահետամնաց» երկրների շարքում

Մենք գիտենք, որ...

Ճապոնիան հանդիսանում է աշխարհի ամենազարգացած երկրներից մեկը և ամեն հարցում առաջատար է շատ երկրներից: Օրինակ՝ աշխարհում երրորդն է ՀՆԱ-ով և չորրորդը՝ գնողունակությամբ, չորրորդն է նաև արտահանման ծավալներով, վեցերորդը՝ ներմուծման ծավալներով, ըստ զարգացածության ինդեքսի և կյանքի մակարդակի՝ 17-րդն է: Այս երկիրը առաջատարներից մեկն է նաև կյանքի տևողությամբ (կյանքի միջին տևողությունը 82,12 տարի է), ունի նաև ցածր մանկական մահացության ցուցանիշ:

Իրականում ամեն ինչ չէ այդքան իդեալական:

Պարզվում է, որ այդ երկիրը հետնապահների թվում է մի շարք ցուցանիշներով: Ըստ Միջազգային տնտեսական համաժողովի «2018 թվականի գենդերային հավասարության մասին զեկույցի», Ճապոնիան 149 երկրների շարքում գրավում է ընդամենը 110-րդ տեղը: Ընդ որում, 2018 թվականին այդ երկիրը 4 կետով բարելավել է իր վիճակը, բայց դեռևս հետնապահների թվում է: Նշենք, որ իրականում այդ երկրում փորձում են մեծացնել կանանց դերը հասարակական և քաղաքական կյանքում, այդուամենայնիվ, Ճապոնիային երբեք չի հաջողվել այդ հարցով գոնե լավագույն 100-յակ մտնել: Կանանց դերը հասարակական կյանքում որոշվում է ըստ վիճակագրական տվյալների՝ 4 չափորոշիչներով: Դրանք են՝ «մասնակցություն քաղաքական կյանքին», «մասնակցություն տնտեսական գործունեությանը», «կրթություն» և «առողջապահություն»: 

Գենդերային հավասարության սանդղակը որոշվում է յուրաքանչյուր չափորոշիչին տրված միավորներով, ընդ որում՝ 0-ն նշանակում է գենդերային հավասարության լրիվ բացակայություն: Ճապոնիան ահավոր հետ է մնում «մասնակցություն քաղաքական կյանքին» ցուցանիշով, օրինակ՝ ներկայումս Ճապոնիայի կառավարությունում միայն մեկ կին նախարար կա, իսկ կին պատգամավորների թիվը կազմում է պատգամավորների ընդհանուր թվի միայն 10,1%-ը: Սա խիստ ցածր ցուցանիշ է: Բանն այն է, որ Ճապոնիան որքան զարգացած, այնքան էլ ավանդապաշտ երկիր է: Այստեղ դեռ շատ հին ժամանակներից համարվել է , որ քաղաքականությունը տղամարդու գործ է, և արդյունքում կին թեկնածուները ձայներ քիչ են ստանում, ընդ որում՝ նրանց ոչ միայն տղամարդիկ չեն ընտրում, այլ նաև կանայք համաձայն չեն, որ լինեն կին քաղաքական գործիչներ: Նմանապես խիստ ցածր է ճապոնացի կանանց ներգրավվածությունը երկրի տնտեսական կյանքում: 

Կանայք սովորաբար ղեկավար պաշտոններ չեն զբաղեցնում և աշխատում են թերծանրաբեռնվածությամբ, քանի որ Ճապոնիայում տղամարդիկ տնային գործեր չեն կատարում, մասնավորապես՝ երեխա պահելու հետ կապված, իսկ տղամարդու գործը տուն փող բերելն է: Ճապոնիան կանանց ներգրավվածության հարցով անգամ հետ է մնում այնպիսի ոլորտներում, ինչպես առողջապահությունը և կրթությունը, ոլորտներ, որտեղ սովորաբար լինում է կանանց մեծ ներգրավվածություն: Օրինակ՝ Ճապոնիայում բժիշկների միայն 21,1%-ն է կին (միջին համաշխարհային այս ցուցանիշը 39,3% է): Ընդ որում, անգամ կին բժիշկների այդ քիչ թվի դեպքում նրանք հիմնականում թերապևտներ են, իսկ նրանց մի մասը ունի նաև ոչ լրիվ զբաղվածություն:

Հնարավոր է, որ Ճապոնիայում բարեկեցության և որակյալ կյանքի բարձր ցուցանիշների պատճառները տարբեր են և բազմազան: Բայց հնարավոր է նաև, որ այդ ամենի պատճառներից մեկն էլ հենց այդ երկրի ավանդապաշտությունն է: Ով գիտի: Բայց, այնուամենայնիվ, հավանաբար այնտեղ մարդիկ ավելի հանգիստ են, քանի որ քիչ են կին քաղաքական գործիչները՝ այդ պատճառով էլ երևի երկար են ապրում, իսկ մանկական մահացության ցածր մակարդակի պատճառն էլ այն է, որ մայրը առաջին հերթին զբաղվում է իր երեխայով:
