Աղետի գոտում երկրաշարժի հետևանքով անօթևան մնացած ընտանիքների բնակարանային խնդիրների լուծման նպատակով 2008 թվականից՝ պետական աջակցությամբ իրականացվող բնակապահովման ծրագրի շահառու ճանաչված ընտանիքների բնակարանային պայմանների բարելավման նպատակով կառավարությունն ընդունեց համապատասխաÕ ¶ որոշում: ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարար Նարեկ Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ ծրագրի շահառու է ճանաչվել 5 հազար 363 ընտանիք, որոնցից 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 26-ի դրությամբ 4 հազար 383 ընտանիքների բնակարանային խնդիրն արդեն լուծվել է:

Արդյունքում դեռևս լուծման կարիք ունի 965 ընտանիքի բնակարանային խնդիր, որին նախատեսվում է անդրադառնալ 2015-2016 թվականների ընթացքում՝ փուլային մոտեցման կիրառմամբ: «Որոշմամբ նախատեսվում է 2015թ. առաջնահերթ կարգով անդրադառնալ Վանաձոր քաղաքում ծրագրի շահառու ճանաչված 14, Լոռու և Շիրակի մարզերի գյուղական բնակավայրերում բնակարանային պայմանների բարելավման իրենց իրավունքը դատական կարգով վերականգնած և մեկ սենյակի շահառու ճանաչված 13 ընտանիքների բնակարանային խնդիրներին, ինչի համար կպահաÕ �ջվի 105 մլն դրամ: Որոշմամբ առաջարկվում է նաև մեկնարկել 250 ընտանիքների բնակարանների գնման վկայականների տրամադրման գործընթացի 2-րդ փուլը»,- ասաց Սարգսյանը:

Անդրադառնալով ընդունված որոշմանը՝ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը նշեց, որ Գյումրու այս ծրագրի մասին պետք է շատ խոսվի ու ներկայացվի: «Հանրապետության նախագահի հանձնարարությամբ 2008թ.-ից մոտ 200 մլն դոլարից ավելի գումար է հատկացվել այդ գործընթացին: Մարդկանց սեփականության վկայագրեր տալով հարցին լուծում ենք տալիս: Պետք է այս գործընթացը մենք հետևողական տանենք առաջ և ավարտենք»,- ասաց Աբրահամյանը՝ հորդորելով Նարեկ Սարգսյանին լինել ուշադիր և հետևել բոլոր ծրագրերի իրականացմանը:

Գործադիրի ընդունած մեկ այլ որոշմամբ` կկարգավորվի Գյումրիի Մուշ-2 և Անի թաղամասերում «Գլենդել Հիլզ» ՓԲԸ կողմից կառուցված 38 բազմաբնակարան շենքերի նկուղների, ինչպես նաև չկառուցապատված հողամասերի հետագա տնօրինման հետ կապված հարցերը՝ դրանք Գյումրու համայնքին նվիրելու միջոցով: Աղետի գոտու բնակավայրերում երկրաշարժի հետևանքով անօթևան մնացած ընտանիքների բնակարանային խնդիրների լուծման նպատակով պետական աջակցությամբ իրականացվող բնակապահովման ծրագրի շրջանակում ընկերությունը կառուցել է այդ բազմաբնակարան շենքերը:
