Ջրաձոր գյուղը տուն առ տուն գույքագրել են․ որտեղ է գյուղը վերաբնակեցվելու
SOCIETYՇիրակի մարզի Ջրաձոր գյուղը վերաբնակեցվելու է Կապսի ջրամբարի կառուցման համար։ Այս մասին ասաց Ջրաձոր համայնքի ղեկավար Գևորիկ Հովակյանը։
Նա հայտնեց, որ գյուղից ոչ հեռու կառուցվում է Կապսի ջրամբարը, և գյուղի մի զգալի հատվածը անցնելու է ջրի տակ։ Գյուղի բնակիչներին առաջարկել են տեղափոխվել, և նախատեսված է գյուղի դիմացի լեռան լանջին նոր Ջրաձոր գյուղ կառուցել, որը ներկայիս Ջրաձորից մեկ-երկու կմ է հեռու։
«Գյուղին հատկացնում են 40 հա տարածք, կառուցելու են դպրոց, հրապարակ, գերզմանոցների համար տեղ են հատկացնելու. այդ ամենը մտնում է 40 հա–ի մեջ»,– ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ գյուղի բնակիչները նաև ցորենի արտեր և մրգատու այգիներ ունեն, որոնք ևս ջրի տակ են մնալու, նրանց ևս փոխհատուցվելու է, տուն առ տուն գույքագրել են, և ոչ ոք չի տուժի։
«Գյուղի 92 տոկոսը համաձայն է, որ գյուղը տեղափոխեն»,– ասաց Ջրաձորի համայնքապետը, և նշեց, որ 2020 թվականին կսկսեն աշխատանքները։
Նա նաև նշեց, որ Ջրաձոր գյուղը շատ էր տուժել 1988թ–ի երկրաշարժից, և շատ տներ վթարային վիճակում են, միայն կոսմետիկ վերանորոգումներ են կատարել բնակիչները, քանի որ մի քանի տարի է՝ խոսակցություններ կան, որ ջրամբար է կառուցվելու, և գյուղը տեղափոխելու են։
«Կառուցվող գյուղն ավելի հարմար է իր դիրքով»,– ասաց նա։
Նշենք, որ այժմ Կապսի ջրամբարի նախագծման աշխատանքներն ավարտվել են, ձմռանը կհայատարարվի շինարարական կազմակերպությունների մրցույթ։
Կապսի ջրամբարի շինարարությունը սկսվել է դեռ 1985թ-ին, սակայն 1993թ-ին դադարեցվել է, երբ պատվարի բարձրությունը նախագծային 73 -ի փոխարեն հասցվել է ընդամենը 20 մետրի:
Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ ջրամբարի տեխնիկատնտեսական հիմնավորման ուսումնասիրության արդյունքների համաձայն՝ 1-ին փուլում կառուցվելու է Կապսի ջրամբարի պատվարը՝ 55 մ բարձրությամբ և 25 մլն մ3 ծավալով։ Կապսի ջրամբարի պատվարի և օժանդակ կառուցվածքների մանրամասն նախագծման, շինարարության և շին. տեխնիկական վերահսկողության ընդհանուր ներդրումային ծախսերը կազմում են 60,0 մլն եվրո, այդ թվում վարկ՝ 50,0 մլն եվրո:
2-րդ փուլում կառուցվելու է Ճնշումային խողովակաշարի, ոռոգման ներտնտեսային ցանցը, ներդրումային ծախսերը կազմում են 70,0 մլն Եվրո: Կապսի ջրամբարի կառուցման 1-ին փուլով նախատեսվում է ոռոգելի դարձնել 12325 հա հողատարածք, իսկ 2-րդ փուլով՝ 2200 հա:
Շինարարական աշխատանքների ընդհանուր տևողությունը կկազմի շուրջ 4 տարի:
Հիշեցնենք, նաև, որ Հայաստանում նախատեսված է 4 ջրամբար կառուցել՝ Վեդու, Եղվարդի, Մաստարայի և Կապսի։
