2017 թվականի օգոստոսի 12-ին «Խոսրովի անտառ» պետական արգելոցում հրդեհ բռնկվեց, որը մեծ վնաս հասցրեց արգելոցի էկոհամակարգին. տուժեց թե՛ բուսական, թե՛ կենդանական աշխարհը: Արգելոցում մարդու միջամտությունը պետք է բացառել: Այն վայրի բնության տարածք է և պետք է վերականգնվի ինքնուրույն: Խոսրովի արգելոցում կատարված ուսումնասիրությունների, դրա լիարժեք վերականգնման ժամկետների վերաբերյալ «Փաստը» հարցում էր ուղարկել բնապահպանության նախարարությանը:

Հարցին, թե ի՞նչ վիճակում է այժմ արգելոցը, կատարվե՞լ են ուսումնասիրություններ և որքա՞ն ժամանակ կպահանջվի դրա լիարժեք վերականգնման համար, նախարարությունից հայտնում են, որ 2017 թվականին բնապահպանության նախարարության «Խոսրովի անտառ պետական արգելոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տարածքում բռնկված հրդեհից հետո արգելոցի գիտական բաժնի աշխատակիցների և համապատասխան մասնագետների կողմից պարբերաբար ուսումնասիրություններ են իրականացվում հրդեհված տարածքներում:

«Հրդեհից անմիջապես հետո կատարված ուսումնասիրություններից պարզվել է, որ հրդեհը եղել է վերնատարած, և բույսերի արմատային համակարգը չի վնասվել: Լիովին վերականգնվել են խոտածածկ տարածքները, համատարած վերաճ է նկատվում լայնատերև սաղարթավոր ծառատեսակների մոտ, իսկ ասեղնատերևավորների վերաճը նկատելի կլինի 5-10 տարվա ընթացքում՝ հաշվի առնելով սերմերի դժվար ծլունակությունը:

Կենդանական աշխարհին վնաս չի պատճառվել, բացառությամբ՝ ուղղաթևների (մորեխներ, ծղրիդներ): Դրա ապացույցն է հրդեհված տարածքներում տարբեր թռչունների ու կենդանիների բների առկայությունը և այրված կենդանիների դիակների բացակայությունը», - նշվում է պատասխանի մեջ։

Խնդրել էինք պարզաբանել, թե ինչ աշխատանքներ են կատարվում հետագայում հրդեհներից խուսափելու համար:

«Հրդեհների բռնկումները կանխելու նպատակով «Խոսրովի անտառ պետական արգելոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տեղամասերում և պետական արգելավայրերում աշխատակիցները կատարում են ամենօրյա ստուգումներ և ստուգայցեր, հրդեհավտանգ ժամանակահատվածում շուրջօրյա հերթապահություն իրականացնելու նպատակով ձևավորվում են լրացուցիչ հերթապահող խմբեր:

Պարբերաբար կատարվում է հակահրդեհային ճանապարհների մաքրում և վերանորոգում, ձեռք են բերվում հակահրդեհային սարքեր: Անտառները հրդեհներից պաշտպանելու ուղղությամբ շուրջ 15 համայնքում տարվում են իրազեկման աշխատանքներ, ինչպես նաև էկոկրթության շրջանակներում մարզերի (Արարատ և Կոտայք) կրթական հաստատություններում անցկացվում են համատեղ բաց դասեր և կազմակերպվում են դպրոցականների այցեր «Խոսրովի անտառ» պետական արգելոցի թանգարան», - ասվում է նախարարության պատասխանի մեջ:

Ի դեպ, հարցմանը և դրա պատասխանին կից բնապահպանության նախարարությունը ներկայացրել էր 2017-2022 թվականների «Խոսրովի անտառ» պետական արգելոցի», Արարատի մարզպետարանի և Արարատի մարզի փրկարարական վարչության համատեղ իրականացվող հակահրդեհային միջոցառումների ծրագիրը, որից պարզ է դառնում, որ հրդեհավտանգ ժամանակահատվածում՝ հունիս-նոյեմբեր ամիսներին, արգելոցում պետք է կազմակերպվեն հերթապահություններ, կտրականապես արգելվի կողմնակի անձանց և տրանսպորտային միջոցների մուտքը, պետական արգելոցին հարող բնակչության շրջանում տարվեն քարոզչական, էկոդաստիարակչական աշխատանքներ, կազմակերպվեն սեմինարներ՝ արգելոցի հրշեջ ծառայության և պահպանության տեսուչների մասնակցությամբ: Իհարկե, բոլոր այս աշխատանքներում, մասնավորապես հնարավոր հրդեհների բռնկման դեպքում, պետք է ներգրավված լինեն համապատասխան գերատեսչությունների աշխատակիցները:
