LIFEԱյսօր Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցին տոնում է Հիսուս Քրիստոսի Հարության տոնը՝ Սուրբ Զատիկը։ Այդ օրը հայկական ընտանիքներում տոնական սեղան է պատրաստվում։ 
Առաջին տեղում, իհարկե, խաշած եւ ներկված ձուն է, որն իր մեջ խորհուրդ ունի։ Ձուն խորհդանշում է Երկիր մոլորակը, իսկ կարմիրը՝ մադկության համար Հիսուսի թափված արյունը։
Հաջորդը չրերով կամ չամիչով բրնձի փլավն է։ Շատերը փլավը պատրաստելիս օգտագործում են նաեւ լավաշ եւ ձու, որով պատում են փլավի հատակը։
Զատկական տոնական սեղանի անբաժան մասն է կազմում ձուկը։ Ցանկալի է, որ ձուկը լինի խաշած վիճակում։
Զատիկը գարնանային տոն է, իսկ գարունը հարուստ է բույսերով եւ բանջարեղենով։ Կանաչու տարբեր տեսակներից պատրաստված կերակուրները՝ համեմված սոխով, ձվով եւ այլ բաղադրամասերով, պետք է պարտադիր տեղ գտնեն ձեր սեղանին։
Ոչ պակաս կարեւոր է հատուկ Զատիկի համար պատրաստվող կաթնահունց կոչվող հացը, որը խորհրդանշում է հացահատիկը, այդպիսով նաեւ կենաց ծառը եւ կյանքի սկզբնաղբյուրը։
