Համեմ, մաղադանոս, 70 գ կարագ

Աղ, պղպեղ

Պատրաստման եղանակը

Ձվի վրա աղ լցնել, հարել, ավելացնել 3 բաժակ ալյուր, բուսայուղ,  խառնել և ավելացնել տաք ջուր:  Սկզբում խառնել գդալով, ապա ձեռքով:

Միսը սոխի հետ  աղալ 2 անգամ, ավելացնել կտրատած կանաչիները  աղը, կարագը, լցնել կես բաժակ ջուր և լավ խառնել:

Խմորը բացել բարակ շերտով, բաժակի օգնությամբ խմորից կլորակներ առանձնացնել:

Խմորի յուրաքանչյուր կլորակի մեջ թեյի գդալով  լցնել լցոնը, խմորի եզրերը  բարձրացնել և հավաքել  կենտրոնում, մատներով սեղմելով  ամրացնել:

Կաթսայի մեջ  ջուր եռացնել,  աղ ավելացնել լցնել քիչ քանակությամբ բուսայուղ, որպեսզի խինկալիներն իրար չկպչեն:  Խիկալիները հատ –հատ լցնել  եռացող ջրի մեջ և եփել:  Ջրից հանել, վրան ցանել սև պղպեղ և մատուցել:
