Արդյո՞ք ապրիլի 22-ը ոչ աշխատանքային օր կլինի
SOCIETYՀայ առաքելական եկեղեցու տոնացույցում կա հինգ տաղավար տոն՝ Սուրբ Ծնունդ և Աստվածահայտնություն, Սուրբ Հարություն կամ Զատիկ, Վարդավառ, Վերափոխումն Սբ. Աստվածածնի կամ Խաղողօրհնեք և Խաչվերաց: Տաղավար տոներին հաջորդող երկուշաբթի օրը Մեռելոց է՝ հանգուցյալների հիշատակության օր:
Մեռելոցները ոչ աշխատանքային օր սահմանելը, ավելի ստույգ՝ աշխատանքային օրը տեղափոխելը, նախկին վարչապետ, այժմ Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիայի նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանի նախաձեռնությունն էր: Առաջին անգամ այն ոչ աշխատանքային հայտարարվեց 2008 թվականի հունիսի 16-ին։
Տիգրան Սարգսյանին հաջորդած Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը, օրինակ, չշարունակեց նախորդի՝ այս հարցում որդեգրած քաղաքականությունը, և 2015 թվականի Սուրբ Հարության, ինչպես նաև 2016 թվականի Վարդավառին հաջորդող երկուշաբթիներն աշխատանքային օրեր մնացին:
Կարեն Կարապետյանը ևս գնաց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի ճանապարհով՝ հիշատակության օրերը թողնելով որպես աշխատանքային: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ղեկավարման ժամանակահատվածում, գոնե մինչ այժմ, պահպանվում է Տիգրան Սարգսյանի կիրառած պրակտիկան, այն է՝ տաղավար տոներին հաջորդող երկուշաբթիները ոչ աշխատանքային օրեր են:
Այս տարի Սուրբ Հարության կամ Զատկի տոնը Հայաստանում կնշվի ապրիլի 21-ին: «Փաստ» օրաթերթը փորձեց ճշտել՝ արդյոք կա՞ կառավարության որոշման նախագիծ կամ մտադրություն ապրիլի 22-ը ոչ աշխատանքային օր սահմանելու առումով: Կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից տեղեկացրեցին, որ այս պահի դրությամբ համապատասխան նախագիծ չկա, և չեն կարող նաև ասել՝ հարցը կքննարկվի՞ կառավարության առաջիկա նիստում, թե՞ ոչ: Նշենք, որ կառավարության նիստի օրակարգը հասանելի է նիստից մեկ-երկու օր առաջ:
Սխալված չենք լինի, եթե ասենք, որ Մեռելոցները ոչ աշխատանքային օրեր սահմանելու հետ կապված մարդիկ տարակարծիք են: Մի մասը նշում է, որ, այսպես, թե այնպես, գնում են իրենց հարազատների շիրիմներին, և իրենց հատուկ օրեր պետք չեն, իսկ մյուս մասն էլ, որ կողմ է տաղավար տոներին հաջորդող հիշատակության օրերը ոչ աշխատանքային օր սահմանելուն: Ամբողջ տարվա կտրվածքով 365 կամ 366 օրից 5 ոչ աշխատանքային օր սահմանելը (առավել ևս, որ այդ բացը լրացվում է որևէ շաբաթ օրով) ինչ-որ առումով հարգանքի դրսևորում է հանգուցյալների նկատմամբ, միայն վատ է, որ ոչ աշխատանքային օրվա արտոնությունից օգտվում են բացառապես պետական ապարատի անդամները:
