Գինեսի ռեկորնդերի գրքում գրանցված վիրաբույժը պատմել է, թե ինչ է պետք ուտել երկար ապրելու համար

Աշխարհի ամենահայտնի վիրաբույժներից մեկը՝ Ֆյոդր Գրիգորևիչ Ուգլովը` ապրել է 103 տարի։ Նա ուներ «կյանքի յուրաքանչյուր իրավիճակի համար նախատեսված դիետա» և շատ խիստ հետևում էր դրան։

Պրոֆեսոր Ուգլովը Գինեսի ռեկորդների գրքում է գրանցվել որպես ամենատարեց վիրաբույժը Եվրոպայում։

Ահա նրա խորհուրդները, թե ինչպես ունենալ ամուր առողջություն և երկար ապրել․

  1.  Շարժումների անբավարարությունը առողջության ամենագլխավոր թշնամին է։  Ավելի շատ պետք է շարժվեք և ավելի շատ մտածեք։
  2. Պետք է վերջնական հրաժարվել ծխախոտից և ալկոհոլից։
  3. Սնվելու սահմանափակումը՝ հարկավոր է կանխել ճարպակալումը։
  4. Օրվա մեջ նվազագունը 7 ժամյա քուն։  

Ահա պրոֆեսոր Ուգլովի դիետան, որը մաքրում է օրգանիզմը․

Այն օգնում է նվազեցնել քաշը և մաքրել մարմինը։ Վիրաբույժի խոսքով, կարևոր է ոչ միայն սնունդը, այլ այն ընդունելու ժամը։

 

Ահա, թե ինչ է նա խորհուրդ տալիս օգտագործել առողջ լինելու և օրգանիզմը մաքրելու համար։  

1. Առավոտյան․

  • մեկ բաժակ սև թեյ կամ բնական սուրճ առանց շաքար,
  • այնուհետև կերեք եփած ձու, պինդ դեղնուցով և 8 սալորաչիր։ Սալորաչիրը հարկավոր է նախապես երեկոյան դնել ջրի մեջ։

2. Ճաշին․

  • 200 գրամ եփած հավի միս կամ խոզի (առանց յուղ), կամ ձուկ,
  • նարինջ,
  • 100 գրամ թարմ կամ եփած կաղամբ, որը կարող եք փոխարինել գազարով։

3. Սնունդը ընդունելու միջև եղած հատվածում կարող եք ուտել 30 գրամ կոշտ պանիր, խնձոր կամ նարինջ։ 

4. Ընթրիքին․

  • մեկ բաժակ կեֆիր կամ թթու կաթ։

Դիետան պետք է շարունակվի 10 օր, որից հետո դուք կտեսնեք հրաշալի արդյունքները։
