Որպեսզի առավոտյան մահճակալից չելնեք, ջերմաչափը դրեք ձեր կողքին քնելուց առաջ։ Նվազեցրեք ջերմաչափի աստիճանացույցը 35 աստիճանի վրա։ Դրանից հետո, երբ կարթնանաք, միանգամից չափեք մարմնի ջերմաստիճանը 10 րոպե։ Ստուգեք՝ ճիշտ ջերմաստիճանը պետք է տատանվի 36,5–36,8 աստիճանի միջակայքում։
