Բանանի օգտակարության մասին ոչ ոք չի ժխտում, այն հանդիսանում է էներգիայի, վիտամինների և միկրոտարրերի  հիանալի աղբյուր: Գոյություն ունի նաև  հատուկ բանանի դիետա, որի նպատակը  կալիումի և В6 վիտամինի պաշարների  լրացումն է:  Այս ամենը ճիշտ է  բանանների չափավոր օգտագործման դեպքում: Իսկ ինչ կլինի օրգանիզմի հետ  օրական  մոտ 1 կգ բանան ուտելու դեպքում:

Կատարված ուսումնասիրությունները  ցույց են տվել, որ օրական մեծ քանակությամբ բանան ուտելը  վնասում է երիկամները, մթերքում պարունակվող կալիումի պատճառով: Երիկամների աշխատանքում  թեթևակի խանգարումների առկայության դեպքում,  մեծ քանակությամբ բանանի օգտագործման դեպքում  կալիումի դոզան բարձր կլինի և դա վատ է անդրադառնում առողջության վրա:

Օրական մոտ 1 կգ  բանան օգտագործելը հանեգցնում է քաշի ավելացմանը: Ի դեպ, 1-2 բանանը կարող են փոխհատուցել  ծանր ֆիզիկական մարզումների համար էներգիան, սակայն մեկ կիլոգրամը չափազանց կլինի:

Բանանը երկար է մարսվում և մեծ քանակությամբ բանան ուտելը կարող է փքվածություն առաջացնել:

Բանան խորհուրդ չի տրվում օգտագործել  արյունատար անոթների խնդիրների, վարիկոզի դեպքում:

Մեծ քանակությամբ բանան ուտելը կարող է գլխացավերի  առաջացման պատճառ դառնալ:

Մասնագետները  նշում են, որ օրական 1-2 բանանը լիովին բավարար կլինի:
